Wonderful! Hadn't been to the dentist for a couple of years. Made to feel comfortable and at ease with my anxieties around my oral health problems. All staff have been welcoming, supporting, kind and professional. All procedures have been explained thoroughly and the respectful and caring nature is noted. It is a clean and comfortable waiting area. The experiences I have had lately have encouraged me to be more involved and proactive with my mouth care but knowing there is a non judgemental care makes me feel confident again. Thank you Ameer, and all 3 dental nurses Ive had have all made the positive experience come together.

Due to a previous experience with having a tooth extraction I was really nervous and hadn't been to a dentist for a few years, however Raj and Beth were both excellent. The receptionist's are lovely, very professional and helpful. I will definitely be keeping up with my regular checkups in future. Highly recommended.

I had been wanting composite bonding on my 4 front teeth for a while & had been to other clinics for consultations previously but didn't feel fully satisfied with their service. Anyway, I plucked up the courage & went for it with these guys & Im so glad I did. I think the overall time from consultation to my new smile was about 3-4 months so wasn't long at all. The service & after care I received from Mahmoud & Jo was second to none. He explained everything to me for each stage of the process and I don't think he could have done a better job on my teeth than he has, if he tried. I am so happy with my new smile & grateful to him & Jo. They really did make it a smooth procedure from start to finish. The ladies on the front desk were also really friendly & helpful with booking in & with any queries I had. Thank you x (Please pass on my heart well thanks to all who was in involved in my care.)

I have never had a positive experience at a dentist so I hadn't been for many years until I visited Madeley dental clinic during last week. I was very nervous at first. However, I felt more settled from booking my appointment with the receptionist to meeting the hygienist Catherine who was a lovely, experienced professional who cared. She did a great job with cleaning and polishing my teeth and she explained everything to me including my options and choices going forward. She also gave me excellent advice and information. The dental assistant Tash was also a lovely caring professional. Both of them made my experience at the dental practice in Madeley a good positive experience, thank you!
