I have been so impressed with this clinic. Every person I have spoken with or encountered has been warm, welcoming, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Like a lot of people, I have spent most of my life dreading dental appointments but this has completely changed. Dr Neves is simply wonderful; caring, gentle and incredibly capable. She explained work needed and I felt confortable enough to discuss cosmetic work I felt was needed but have been putting off for years. She was honest, informative and gave good guidance with no pressure at all. I have had a few appointments over the past couple of weeks now and it has been such a positive experience. I am delighted with the work done, and the manner in which it was carried out. Everything was fully explained, not rushed, gentle and I felt like I was being treated as family rather than just another number. I really could go on and recommend without hesitation this clinic! I have had an excellent experience with the practice. Starting with a same day emergency consultation after I lost a crown fitted elsewhere. After careful consideration, I subsequently had an implant fitted with all the steps and pros and cons explained transparently along the way. I am delighted with the end result and have moved my whole family to the practice after receiving such great care. Everyone is so kind and welcoming but special shout out to Gemma who has just the perfect blend of compassion, humour and professionalism!

I’ve had a great experience with the whole team here. It feels a happy relaxed place, not something you would usually associate with a dentists surgery! Dr Patel puts you at ease instantly. Pratik clearly explains your treatment plan and talks through what he is doing at every stage. I feel in very safe hands and have been very happy with the results. Thanks.

First visit here after not seeing a dentist for a couple of years after not feeling comfortable in my previous practice. Vanessa & her colleagues were amazing, answered every question with patience & sent a detailed treatment plan. Would highly recommend, especially for nervous or neuro diverse patients who might have lots of questions like me!!

Amazing practice. I’ve never been a fan of the dentist and was feeling incredibly anxious for my visit. Very warm welcome from the receptionist and the waiting space is relaxing and beautifully clean. Pratik was great, kept me calm and informed me of everything about to happen in my new patient assessment which was thorough and not at all rushed. My son (nearly 4) also really enjoyed his check up and asked when we are going back! Gemma was great with him and he even got a few stickers for being a good patient! For anyone looking for a new friendly dentist practice I would definitely recommend this one!

Pratik and his staff are amazing, so professional and accommodating. I would highly recommend anyone who has teeth issues, especially if you are like me and a little apprehensive about dental work, not to worry, as you are in great hands. I am so happy with the end result and aftercare 😁
