Out of all dentists I've had in the past, this is the best by far

I had an emergency appointment and was terrified due to bad experiences at another dentist but this dentist really put my mind at ease. I thought that it was normal to feel pain having my teeth done because of the last dentist but my appointment was completely pain free! I would recommend this dentist to anyone. The receptionists were lovely as well.

Great experience with this dentist so far (note - private treatment) from the receptionist team through to the dental staff. I needed an emergency(ish) appointment but that wasn’t gonna happen… and I needed to get signed up with a practice as soon as possible. I was actually seen that very same day due to a cancellation, but even before that the wait for an appointment would only have been a week… about 4 times longer than the countless other dentists nearby! Staff were very friendly and helpful in getting this appointment for me. Huw and his team have been great. After my initial appointment to assess the damage was complete, Huw followed up with a detailed treatment plan with prices… and the bill for my treatment was about half of what I’d have expected. The long procedure itself was far from pleasant - but Huw and Holly made it as comfortable and it was of course nowhere near as bad as I imagined! There’s a big choice of dentists in the area.. I’ve obviously only seen one but did call most of them. Unlike those others - the reception staff at Belgrave didn’t act as though I was an inconvenience and actually seemed interested in helping.

Shocking treatment today of my brother. Did HALF of a root canal and sent him on his way. Only have one appointment through the NHS see… declined to tell him he had an abscess too so the bloke is in absolute agony and now has to wait for ANOTHER appointment for someone else to fix it! Lied to by the receptionist who apparently has 14 years experience in dentistry yet clearly doesn’t know a lot! Another person I was passed to was slagging me off down the phone whilst I could still hear her (talking to someone else in the background) and the manager saying she didn’t want to talk to me! Disgusting.

All the staff were really friendly and welcoming. Maria the dentist was very professional and communicated with me well answered any questions I had. Really lovely practise

Yesterday I made my first visit here. It was an emergency and I needed immediate help. Dr. Huw is an amazing man who found a solution to the problem and helped me a lot. All the staff are very nice people and very helpful. Holly he's a real angel.Thank you!!!!
