I had very negative experience My relative had small tooth ache and we went to Crescent to have a look. The young lady doctor said two teeth need to be pulled out and she applied local anaesthetic to my relative’s affected teeth and it was not working , The doctor tried to pull it out causing severe pain and when enquired why is it so, the doctor had no idea and she was simply referring us to oral surgery with 6 months waiting period. When we asked is it due to underlying infection , she told its not because of it and there is no swelling near teeth. We asked for anaesthetic gel to cop up with the sudden pain which will happen after the nimbness of local anaesthetic wears away, but she said she can’t prescribe anything. in total we spent close to 50 bucks and went there with small tooth ache and came back with a massive one and with no solutions

Very rude and classist receptionist. I asked to register and she looked me up and down. Then told me that they don’t do NHS patients. I told her that I’m happy to pay private and then she told me they were full. Well which is it? I look too poor for your services or you already have enough patients?

Never really leave reviews, but I thought I needed to jump on and give some feedback from my experience with this clinic so far. I joined as a new private client on a dental plan, had a new patient check up, the lady was very professional and helpful in advising on my next steps which was an appointment with the hygienist for a scale and polish. Set up the plan, the ladies on reception was very helpful in making an appointment closer than originally planned due to cancellation. But unfortunately I couldn’t make it due to being ill on the day, so when I rang back to rearrange when feeling better the receptionist managed to get me in that morning. I’ve always been conscious about my teeth but the professionalism and care received by the hygienist today given me my confidence back, loads of advice on what I can do and upgraded my dental plan to 2+1 for more regular work, receptionist changed my plan cost and it’s very competitive and affordable. Thank you very much to everyone and look forward to seeing you again (even tho that scale and polish is horrendous) have a nice Christmas and new year.

I was incredibly nervous for my emergency appointment but the dentists and receptionist were really welcoming and kind. I was explained my condition thoroughly and left feeling like the dentist isn’t so bad after all, I would really recommend coming here 🙂

I cannot praise crescent dental enough. The reception team are friendly and welcoming. You always get a text to remind you also they ring you the day before your appointment to confirm you are attending. The dentist (Jennifer)is lovely so are her dental assistants. I've always been scared of the dentist but not anymore. If your looking for a dentist I highly recommend the team at crescent dental. I have seen the negative comments and I can personally say that was not the case for me. All the staff are super friendly and I received the best care.

I have been totally petrified of dentists all of my life and I’m now nearly 39…. came here for an emergency appointment and they were all so lovely. Had a tooth extracted and left no longer scared of the dentist! Thank you and would highly recommend ☺️

I cannot praise highly enough this dental practice. I was having treatment here yesterday when my husband , who had accompanied me to the surgery , was taken ill. The care which we received from all the team was above and beyond all expectations. An ambulance was called and arrived approximately 3 hours later. During that time there was a member of staff continuously with us monitoring his condition and keeping our spirits up. We cannot thank them enough. We have only very recently joined this practice and are so very happy we made that decision. I should point out also that the dental treatment received has been perfect ,at last we have found a practice that is friendly, welcoming, caring,and most importantly achieves excellent results.
