Great Dentist! I had issues with my wisdom tooth so rang at 9am and managed to get seen the same day by my dentist - Dom, who prescribed some antibiotics for the problem. They are always happy to help and a great service. Highly recommended to all

I've recently joined the dental practice and was seen by the dentist Karishma. I'm quite a nervous patient but she was very friendly, put me at ease and discussed the options I could have. I saw the student hygienists Lisa and Alix last week and they were both really lovely and friendly and took the time to discuss my treatment. I'm really happy with the service I have received and all the lovely staff that work there. Thank you.

First class service from start to finish. From the minute I walked into the dental centre I was made to feel relaxed and welcomed. Following my initial inspection appointment, I was booked in with the hygienist, before returning for a repair on a broken tooth. I really appreciate the care and treatment provided by Peter and the team at Thornaby Dental Centre. Thank you!

With having been with them in the past and kicked off with 3 missed appointments, I got back in at the end of last year and had my first appointment today at 13:00 which was confirmed on Friday 3rd last week over the phone. No phone calls to tell me that my appointment had been changed to 12:00 today only to phone them and get told that they rang me on the 3rd to tell me it had, being told over the phone "because of my bad history in the past with missed appointments and now with missing my first appointment I’m kicked off again and will have to go somewhere else or go private with them". So with not being told about my appointment being rearranged today an hour early and only finding out when they opened at 14:00 it’s my fault and I’m kicked off.. seems fair to me 😳

First visit here this morning saw dentist Peter who was very nice. Reception staff lovely too so feel we have made a good choice. Really nice atmosphere as well, made to feel very relaxed.

Had an appointment today with Karen Rutherford which was an absolute pleasure. She was kind and courteous and had a can do attitude. I have been going to this practice for years and this is the first time anyone has offered to manually clean. She went out of her way to satisfy the client so well done Karen!
