I attend Ingleby Barwick practice and have Pauline, and Millie and Mia. I have serve anxiety and panic attacks. I have previously been at another practice my whole life. However, when I met Pauline, millie and Mia I felt at ease and they made me feel calm and reassured. They took their time and answered all questions I had. Pauline, has been in dentistry for over 30 years and she not once made me feel rushed but took her time and explained everything and took her time to get to know me. Words cant describe how professional, accommodating and wonderful these 3 are. I wish I came sooner to the practice. I will never be going anywhere else. 5 star practice with 5 star staff. Mrs. Jane Robson and her assistant were absolutely fantastic – professional, thorough, and made me feel completely at ease throughout my treatment. I had a great experience at Myton Park Dental Surgery. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and very professional, especially Emma she always takes her time to book me in and is extremely helpful as I am hard of hearing and she ensures I am aware of all my appointments going forward. Nothing is too much for her. From the moment I arrived, everything was well organised and I felt completely at ease. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. The level of care and attention to detail was excellent, and the clinic itself was very clean and well maintained. Myton park dental practice have always offered a very personal & professional service & have been particularly kind & patient with my autistic son over the years.
