So my dentist here at My Dentist in Ingleby is Moeed and he’s awesome. I’ve had lots of dentists over the years and he’s definitely the best, would highly recommend. I have Ehlers Danlos syndrome which he knows about which is really helpful as it affects the bonding in my teeth and were resistant to anaesthetic which he knows and compensates for which is really helpful. He’s done the odd filling and today he’s doing my second tooth implant. I trust him completely, he’s got a wonderful bedside manner and really puts me at ease. I offered some EDS research and he took it and read it which I really appreciated because my condition is rare but does affect my teeth. Anyway, everyone here is lovely and Moeed is excellent, you won’t find better.

Consistently great service over the years. Appointments run smoothly, the staff are polite and helpful, and I always feel in safe hands. Reception are particularly good at putting you at ease.

EDIT TO UPDATE: After sending this review I was contacted by the practise effectively trying to guilt me into removing this review and offer me free services in exchange for this. I have in the past 4 days been contacted on 8 separate occasions which I have not answered which is now turning into harassment. Original Review: Had an appointment for my 2 year old, after 20 minutes of waiting I queried how long it would be as keeping a toddler in a small waiting room can get tiring so I'd have went outside for a while until ready. Turns out the dentist I was booked with wasn't even in the building and no one had the decency to tell us, he was 'due back soon' but then had another patient before us so we had to cancel so it was a complete waste of an hour. I then went back to the car and sat in the car was the dentist in question on their phone. Fair enough emergencies happen we are all human but we should have been told immediately and I would have rebooked and saved the stress and chew on. This has immediately caused me to enrol my daughter into a different dentist. A very modern practice which also has a scanner. Been coming here with my children for years and all the staff are so welcoming and friendly. Very professional. Would highly recommend to everyone

Had few treatments there, most of them were good and satisfactry. Last treatment wasnot good at all, still they were really nice and accommodating, but quality wasnt good for original and revisiting sessions.

Attended today, staff and dentist happy and helpful as usual, we had our granddaughter with us who can be a handful, receptionist was a real gem , great with her, made our visit a real pleasure.

Great modern practice , all staff were friendly & professional during my appointment. Would definitely recommend
