I cannot recommend Anmol and his team at the Staines Centre of Dental Excellence highly enough. I have been a patient here for many years, and the exceptional level of care, professionalism, and kindness has always kept me coming back. my son is a patient too, and once again Anmol and his team exceeded all expectations. My son needed an extraction, and from the very first appointment through to the aftercare, the attention and support we received were outstanding. Anmol is without doubt the most patient, gentle, and reassuring dentist we have ever met. He took the time to explain everything clearly, put my son completely at ease, and carried out the procedure with such care that what could have been a stressful experience became a positive one. What truly sets this practice apart is the genuine compassion shown by every member of the team. They consistently go above and beyond for their patients. I was incredibly touched when the team called the following day to check on my son and make sure he was recovering well. That level of personal care is rare and speaks volumes about the practice and the people who work there. I can’t recommend this dental clinic enough! I was given an immediate appointment and was seen within just a few hours after sudden pain leading to root canal. From start to finish, the treatment was excellent and the staff & reception team were absolutely fantastic — professional, caring, and genuinely welcoming. Yes, the prices may be slightly higher than some other places, but the level of service and care is on another level. For me, quality and peace of mind come first, and I honestly wouldn’t look elsewhere now. A special shout out to Dr Alix — she is an absolute gem! Kind, reassuring, and incredibly skilled. After traumatic childhood experiences I had great fear of dentists, but since being a patient at the Staines Centre of Dental Excellence, it is no longer a problem for me as everyone is so reassuring and helpful. My dentist, Dr. Alison Mitchell, is brilliant and I have full confidence in her calm professionalism, ability, and talented expertise which has changed the whole experience of dental visits and treatment for me. I was referred to Staines Centre of Dental Excellence by my dentist for root canal. I found the practice absolutely amazing from reception all the way through to my treatment. Dr Alix is lovely, very caring and an excellent dentist. In terms of aftercare I was actually quite blown away. The root canal left me with a funny sensation from my nose down to the tooth (root canal can do those sorts of things) and Dr Alix wanted to keep an eye on it and therefore my aftercare went on for 2 years, free of any charge. I have been discharged now but told to call if any problems. I could not recommend this practice enough, their service is above and beyond.

Would like to say a huge thanks to Alaa Guni who I met for the first time this month. Yet another extremely lovely dentist , who put me at ease( not easy). Incredibly patient . Next to Dr Indeever, who has made it possible for me to continue my journey for a much healthier mouth, and the reception team who are just so lovely and helpful , I really am so glad and thankful that I have this practice to look after me. This practice is renewing my confidence each and every time and they really do wonders for both your treatment needed and their patience is thoroughly appreciated. I was referred to The Staines of Dental Excellence by my dentist as I needed a complicated procedure of re root canal treatment. This is not something that any dentist can do and had to be done by a specialist. I was initially thinking of going to London but decided on Staines for location convenience. They also have on site car parking. I am very thankful and grateful that I had my treatment here. My follow up appointment 6 months later showed no signs of infection so I am a very happy customer. Dr Alix Davies is a specialist in endodontic. I was in safe and experienced hands. Excellent work, professional and calm. I highly recommend this practice. It’s also has a very modern designed surgery, welcoming staff, lovely drinks machine and the equipment they use is all modern. Would I come again? 100% yes.

Everyone in the practice were warm and friendly. Dr Chander was lovely, so kind and gentle, totally put me at ease, what a lovely man. He was very thorough and explained the process carefully making sure I was comfortable with everything. I feel happy and confident going back for my next appointment.
