Good Morning, I had an appointment yesterday with Dr. Fionnuala Lyons, aided by her assistant Jemma to remove an old crown & replace it with a new one. Dr. 'Fin' was lovely - friendly & reassuring & throughout the whole duration was very attentive to my feelings & excellent in her work. I experienced no pain at all & am delighted with the result. Dr Fin is a wonderful dentist & Jemma was a great help during the whole process. I'm so glad I can rely on them when I come to the Practice & would like to send them my thanks publicly. I had a check up which was long overdue on my behalf. The ambience of the building is amazing and the staff are too. Meghan is a lovely dentist and she puts you at ease. The 3d scan was great as I’d not had one before. All in all a good visit!

Recently returned to Rothley Lodge to find it refurbished and was impressed with the new look. The receptionist was so polite and welcoming and I must confess it’s the same when you call them. Ready to help and answer any questions or concerns. My whole experience was great and meeting my dentist Dr Hannah was the icing on the cake. She explained everything clearly and really put my mind at ease. Can’t fault anything

I had an emergency appointment with Mr Chard today. I’m a very nervous patient and I was a bit worried about seeing him. I always thought he was a little stern but I was pleasantly surprised and found him very nice and very helpful. I am happy that he is doing my treatment as I really am dreading it. I’m sure he will look after me like all of his other staff have in the past. Lovely dental practice just a shame that they have changed to private in the last couple of years.

Dr. Ali is amazing! Our 5-year-old actually looks forward to his dental check-ups, and that's entirely thanks to Dr. Ali's kind, friendly nature. He is an excellent dentist who puts children at ease and makes every visit a positive experience. Dr. Ali is a real asset to the team. Thank you for the outstanding care!

My 16-year-old son had his first check-up with Katrina (dentist) this morning. He usually sees someone else, but it doesn't matter how old you are; he was still anxious even though he hid it. Katrina made him feel at ease by chatting with him. She always has a smile and helps people feel more relaxed. We have been with Rothley Lodge Dental practice for several years and will continue going there. From arriving and checking in with the front desk to seeing Katrina and her dental assistant, the professionalism, helpfulness, and welcoming manner are commendable.

I recently joined this dentist and it is best move I made. The reception staff are fantastic very polite always a smile and a hello and very helpful even when I forgot to take my wallet they sent me a link and I paid when I received it. But the best person is Fionnuala Lyons my dentist all ways happy and smiling easy to talk to and she listens to so you get the best and what you need. So a big thank for everything and letting me smile again. Dave
