I am extremely grateful for the professional and friendly service provided by the team here - in particular Nikhil, with whom I have been through the Invisalign process. Nikhil is exceptionally conscientious - always keen to ensure everything is just right. It helps that Nikhil is also incredibly friendly - he took time at the start to explain everything really clearly and having now completed my treatment, I am delighted with the results. Would strongly recommend Nikhil to anyone considering invisalign.

It's always a lovely experience dealing with the Team at Bupa Dental Staines. Wendy in reception is always so helpful and kind, Tony is an absolute gentleman and superb dentist, Adelaide is a ray of sunshine and Bal is another masterful dentist. Between these lovely people, I always get treated with kindness, empathy and warm welcomes. A recent example of just how much they would go out of their way was me calling up at 08:10AM with a dental emergency, Wendy in reception rustling up an appointment for me at 08:30AM the same day to see Tony, all without the usual reluctance and tutting you'd get elsewhere. Just the nicest, loveliest people. I truly love this practice as it is clean and convenient to get to but I do love the human element more where they get to know you and they do this with a smile.

Adelaide always takes the time to make me feel comfortable and explains everything clearly, which I really appreciate. Wonderful and clean clinic. Staff is always beyond attentive and helpful! Adelaide was kind enough to make some extra time for a last minute hygiene appointment and suggested a few new tips. Nikhil is also very thorough and offers advice as well as necessary treatments depending on severity and budget. The reception team went above and beyond when a business account hadn’t renewed the policy in time and contacted HQ to try and sort it during my procedure. After years of awful dentist experiences, it is so wonderful to have found this place.
