I recently had root canal treatment carried out by Dr. Vinay Shah, and from start to finish, my experience at UKDS was exceptional. Every member of the team was welcoming, professional, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. From booking my appointment to accommodating my work schedule, everything was handled with great care and understanding. During the treatment itself, the staff made me feel comfortable and reassured at every stage. Dr. Vinay Shah and the whole UKDS team provided outstanding care, and I truly appreciate the kindness and care shown to me throughout my treatment. I was referred by my own dentist to UKDS and have been previously. Both times, I have experienced a friendly and welcoming environment. I recently needed a root canal and was crying (a lot!) with anticipation of the procedure. Dr Claudio Peru was nothing short of amazing with me; he was calm, understanding and reassuring. Talked me through the process; before, during and afterwards. The anaesthetic was appropriately given for me and I didn’t feel a thing. I was continuously checked on to ensure my well-being and left calm and relieved. Highly recommend to everyone!

I attended the clinic in March for root canal treatment. On the way we got held up in traffic due to an accident and were going to be late. I phoned the practice on route and Dr Peru very kindly rearranged his afternoon to allow me to still have my procedure. The treatment went ahead and was very successful, the tooth was saved. Wonderful experience, if having a tooth extracted can be described thus. Reception staff made me feel at home, and there's free drinks and a relaxing area to sit down. The surgeon Dr Patel was friendly and supremely professional, describing herself without false modesty as the best of the best, the one who does all the hard cases. And she did the extraction unbelievable quickly.

My 5-year-old son had swollen gums, and we came to this hospital for treatment. Dr. Okwesa was extremely patient and careful throughout the whole process. It took some effort, but the bad tooth was successfully removed. The attitude was very friendly, and the service was highly professional. We are very grateful for the care and support.
