Bricketwood Practice

I have been referred to Bricketwood Dental Practice by my dentist for the removal of all four of my wisdom teeth under sedation in four separate occasions/ over the years. I'm a really nervous person, but the whole experience turned out to be incredibly positive. Since coming here, I’ve felt so much more at ease about having my teeth removed. The team really helps take the fear out of the experience. From start to finish, I felt completely safe and well cared for. l thank you to the entire team! The procedures itself are quick and painless. My recent experience I was in and out within about 30 minutes, though under sedation it felt like no more than 5mins! Dr. Christian Lalli the oral surgeon, and Dr. Khan the anaesthetist, were both exceptionally kind, professional, and reassuring which meant a lot to me. The reception team were also wonderful, welcoming, friendly, and efficient. Every member of staff I encountered was patient and understanding, which made such a difference to my overall experience. I would thoroughly recommend this practice to anyone who feels anxious about visiting the dentist. They truly go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and cared for.

As an extremely anxious patient, this was the most calming, reassuring, and positive experience I could have hoped for. I visited Dr Miren Patel, who took the time to reassure me throughout my check up and filling. He explained everything clearly, so I always knew what was happening, which really helped ease my anxiety. Thanks to this experience, I feel much more relaxed about my next visit. I genuinely can’t fault this dentist at all. Thank you again!

I had an incident while eating which caused my tooth to crack and is painful. I booked a check up appointment, which confirmed that three teeth require treatment. The earliest appointment for this is over 3.5 weeks away from today (26 days to be specific) because this dentist doesn’t work Monday - Friday. They said I can’t see any other dentist from their practice unless i pay for another check up again. I think this says it all about this practice. Clearly they don’t have more capacity for their patients. When I called earlier on, the waiting time for hygiene seems like it needs to be booked 6 months in advance. If you want to be seen faster, Same day dentist in Watford seems to have better service.

I started my invisilign journey with Miren and he has been nothing but accommodating and helpful. I felt so reassured even though I was nervous for the process and the final outcome of invisilign along with edge bonding is amazing. I couldn’t be happier. All the staff were super friendly and helpful and I’d defo stay with this practice for normal check ups! I’d highly recommend!!!!!!

After a very bad experience at another dentist, I was recommended this practice by several people. I have been coming here for several years now. The staff are welcoming and caring, and I no longer dread visits to the dentist. I have had a white filling and a bridge made for me by Ashni. I am very pleased with both procedures. She is patient and kind and I highly recommend her.

The worst experience ever ! My son case was badly treated. They privilege money more than solving problems . At the end and after paying, their doctor ( the boss ) gave my son a sample of a toothpaste!!! And told him see you next Thursday to make more investigations and to pay again ? We called yesterday your assistant for better understanding of what has been done and what are the expectations in regard to the next appointment. She clearly said that the 75£ has been paid for the emergency appointment and will be most likely charged for Thursday appointment. Anyway, I just wanted to share our experience as new neighbours who just moved to the area and were happy to find a dental Clinique near their home ; but unfortunately we have to drive kilometres to find better treatment and reasonable care. Hi, as a very nervous patient (was not now I’ve been here)I had a lovely experience , had to have 4 quite awkward extractions this morning and I must say how everyone at the practice were amazing, I’m really sorry but I can’t remember the dentist and anethytist names because I was sedated, I really am over the moon with the experience would highly recommend bricket wood dental practice Thank you all so much Steve ball
