The Maltings Dental Surgery

The dentist Natalie is very good, infact exceptionally good with the children. The reception staff however need to learn some manners. Each time I have been one staff in particular never looks up to acknowledge you are there. She will keep looking at her screen and just say "yeah?" Instead of a proper welcome. It says behind her to be polite and treat staff with respect but it also works both ways. Patients/customers also need to be treated with respect!

Had my first check up and full cleaning treatment with the Hygienist Mehwish - she is very friendly and helpful. She made me feel very comfortable. She explained. The full process to me and discussed and addressed my concerns - I was very happy with the work she performed and provided me with after treatment plan. I’m now booking my next appointment for further recommended treatment.

Natalie is fantastic with children. She always remembers my kids and makes them feel completely at ease from the moment they walk in. She takes the time to explain everything in a calm, reassuring way, which helps take away any worries they might have about visiting the dentist. She’s patient, kind, and genuinely cares about making the experience a positive one. My children are always happy to see her, which says everything. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Natalie to any family looking for a caring and professional dentist.

We like the surgery and our doctor Tejas Zope. He treats my son, and my son feels completely comfortable and never afraid during the appointments. They have a great connection, and everything is always done carefully, professionally, and with great quality. Thank you for such a positive experience.

I booked an urgent NHS appointment for a broken tooth on their website. I am such a nervous patient and absolutely hate the dentist! I was seen by Amir and he was amazing! He really put me at ease and understood my fears. He saw me the following day to carry out the repair and can honestly say it was one of the best dentist appointments I’ve had and I felt no pain during the treatment. Definitely recommend!

Dr Maria recently treated me for a root canal procedure. I was understandably apprehensive about the treatment, but Dr Maria clearly explained the procedure and set my mind at ease. The procedure itself was over three visits and each time, Dr Maria carried out the treatment expertly and with utmost patient care. The outcome was successful and overall I would rate Maltings Dental and Dr Maria highly. One improvement area for the surgery is to publish their charges more transparently and in an easier to understand format.

I visited Maltings Dental Surgery and had my treatment with dentist Mehwish. My whole experience throughout the course of appointments was excellent. She was extremely helpful, kind, and very professional. Over the course of my treatment she reconstructed several of my teeth, and she has a very skilled clinical hand. I did not feel any pain during the procedures, which made the whole process much easier for me. I initially went to the clinic with very poor teeth, but now I feel confident when I smile. I truly admire her both as a person and as a clinician. I’m very grateful for the care and attention she gave me, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great dentist.
