I recently completed my dental implant treatment with Ali at Regency House Dental Clinic and couldn’t be happier with the results. From my first consultation, Ali was professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring. He explained every step of the implant process clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt completely comfortable before moving forward. The results are fantastic- my implants look and feel completely natural. I can now eat, speak and smile with full confidence again. She takes the time to check on me and offers the best options to ensure comfort and quality care. Dr Ali A.Latif is an amazing dentist. He’s been treating our family (all age groups and variety of treatments) for over a decade now! Very skillful, decisive, understanding, explains everything and offers weekend as well as late weekday appointments. All staff are lovely, helpful and friendly. Been going here for the past few years, the health of my teeth are the best they’ve ever been - I’ve learnt a lot since going here. Reception staff have been great too, and helped and advised me with a payment plan to ensure I can get the work done without any financial pressures. All the work I’ve had done is always of great quality and done with so much care - always explaining as they go. Highly recommend!

I've given Regency House Dental Practice a 5-star rating because: 1. They answered the phone the quickest. 2. I was able to get an appointment to have my teeth cleaned the next day. This surgery performs miracles, therefore! 3. The receptionist I made the booking with had a sense of humour. 4. The receptionist on the day also had a sense of humour. 5. They serve tea and coffee. Unheard of! 6. It's right in the town centre so very easy to get to and right next to the bus stops. 7. The dentist who cleaned my teeth did a really good job and was a nice person, as was her assistant. 8. They aren't the cheapest in the market place but they are worth EVERY penny! 9. They should be running the country! 10. I will go back again. Score? 10/10.

Both of my very elderly parents have used Regency House. Most recently, my mother who has dementia needed some pretty urgent treatment. The staff were all extremely kind, and Dr Ali was absolutely wonderful with my mum who was very anxious. I was slightly sceptical as to whether my mum would be calm/still enough etc but all treated was completed happily and when we got home she commented on what a lovely day we’d had. Although she’d forgotten we’d been to the dentist, the feeling she had was obviously extremely positive. I’d very much recommend Regency House and I’m going to sign both myself and my autistic teenager up too. Thank you Regency House for your kindness & patience.
