I had such a positive experience at this dental practice and felt genuinely well looked after from the moment I arrived. The team were incredibly welcoming, professional, and immediately put me at ease. My appointment was thorough, and everything was explained clearly, which really helped me feel comfortable and confident throughout. It’s not always easy going to the dentist, but the care and attention I received made the whole experience feel calm and reassuring. The practice itself is lovely, clean, and very well organised, and you can tell they really care about their patients. I find St. Peter’s Lodge Dental Practice to be a very professional concern with high standards and yet the ability to treat me with confidence and respect along the way. I’m 84 years of age but they behave in an age appropriate manner explaining their plan for that session in advance so I know what to expect. The staff are amazing. Skilled and experienced dentists and hygienists. Excellent customer service always. They're also very gentle and patient with our neurodiverse son who's anxious about trips to the dentist. We've been coming here for 8 years as a family.

Complete waste of time. I visited for a quote for an implant. They failed to tell me that a full medical history would need to be filled out before the appointment. When I informed them that I had a defibrillator fitted they refused to give me a quote, but still charged me £100 for the privilege. If you need implants, do yourself a favour and go to Old Park Dental Practice in Hitchin. They are specialists and a fraction of the price of anywhere local to St Albans.
