I had an excellent experience with Kostas and highly recommend him. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and takes the time to make patients feel comfortable and well informed. During my appointment, he provided clear, up-to-date advice on my oral health and practical tips to improve my brushing technique and overall oral hygiene. He also performed a scale and polish with great care and the results were excellent. His attention to detail and patient-centred approach made the visit a genuinely positive experience.

I hate dentist always have always will. However this dentist is like no other dentist. Giselle is the most beautiful receptionist,she's beautiful inside and outside, this same professionalism was met by Jess who is also kind and caring. I later learned Giselle and Jess are mother and daughter, so was thinking that perhaps this level of kindness just runs in the family, however the whole dental group as a whole are just kind hearted supportive people. Geoff did wonders with my teeth, with the help of braces my gap closed up in 4 months. The results have impressed my friends who are now using this dentist. I attach photos of before and after and see for yourself. Look no further this is the dentist to join. I contacted The Dental Group after my dental bridge came loose, and from the very first call I was treated with genuine care and professionalism. Giselle, the practice manager, was incredibly reassuring, clear, and efficient. She arranged an appointment for me first thing the next morning and provided a very fair and transparent quote. At the appointment, Dr Anna was excellent. She took great care to thoroughly clean both the bridge and my teeth before re-cementing it, and she explained everything clearly. The work was done with precision and care, and the result feels secure and comfortable. Both Giselle and Dr Anna were friendly, calm, and highly professional throughout. The customer service and clinical care were outstanding, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend them to others. Thank you again for making a stressful situation so easy to resolve. 🙂🙏

I had a visit to the Hygenist today at the Dental Group. Whilst the overall result was good and there was some good advice on staining and use of the teepee brushes, other aspects were not so good. The use of the mirror on my gums was quite uncomfortable and the suction process to remove the scale was not very well handled.
