Damira Triangle Dental Practice (The Triangle Surgery Ltd)

I have been a patient at the Triangle Surgery for many years now, and my dentist, Sinead Coffey is always polite and courteous, and completely puts me at my ease! She is an excellent dentist! Totally professional and believe me, I had some bad experiences in my teens that would have put most people off for life! The staff are always very welcoming which makes the whole experience very good!

I have been with this dentist since 1989 And travel from Salisbury. I continually visited this dental practice and had such a positive experience from start to finish. The staff Kerry on receptionist and Sinead the dentist are very welcoming, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease as soon as I arrived. As a nervous patient Sinead was professional, caring, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped calm any nerves. The practice was spotless and very well organised, and I felt genuinely cared for throughout my appointment. I’m so pleased with the treatment I received and would highly recommend this dentist to anyone looking for excellent care and a reassuring experience.

As I saw my usual dentist, Sinead, and Kerry the receptionist plus the dental nurse I received the same excellent treatment and service as usual. Talking to others in the waiting room we’re ok with the new owners providing they don’t change too much and they are lucky enough to retain the current staff. You’ve added a great dental surgery to your portfolio Damira.

My whole family and I have been coming to this surgery for a great many years and have always received excellent treatment from a lovely, caring and professional team. I only gave four stars because, since the practice was taken over by Damira, booking and payment processes are new and different with expected teething problems (no pun intended!) but I’m sure these will be resolved in time.

Great treatment yesterday (29/06/26) from Sinead (Dentist) and the Dental Nurse who accompanied her (apologies do not know name). Whilst waiting for this appointment, I observed Kerry (Receptionist), have a lovely, friendly and professional manner with the patients. I recommend the above staff (which were working before the Bitterne Practice before the recen taje over by Dameria). Dameria as a company I do not recommend. After my experience at Dameria Shirley Practice, where I wa s shoved the payment machine at me upon arrival. No warm greeting and just the payment machine waved under nose. Was shocked, as have never been treated like that before at a dentist. Queried that had not received treatment yet and was just pointed to a Policy on wall, that highlighted payment beforehand is their policy. Although that maybebe the case, I genuinely felt that I was just treated like a "cash cow", with no humanity. So, recommended the old Practice staff very much at Bitterne Triangle Dentist but not Dameria from my experience at Shirley Practice. Would never ever recommend Dameria itself. Recommend the ShirleyDameria staff follow the Bitterne Triangle approach, where you are treated as a human being and not inanimate object!!!

Fantastic experience yet again. From Kerry on the front desk to the new hygienist downstairs and finally the piece de resistance….Sinead. Always helpful, always understanding and always brilliant at what she does. Would not want to go anywhere else.

Incredible service. Everyone is amazing. Best receptionist, kind and compassionate. Was seen quickly. Dentist and assistant are wonderful. Treatment was painless. Thank you. I wholeheartedly recommend.
