Peartree Dental Care - Oradent Group

I have been going to this practice for around 30 years. It has had its ups and downs since then, but seems to have settled down with resident dentists rather than locums. To be fair I have never had a problem with this. Never had any problems with the standard of dentistry either. Although I am an NHS patient I don't feel I am treated any differently. They are thorough, caring and knowledgeable, and I don't think I have had any unnecessary treatment. I am always asked if I want a particular treatment, and I have the feeling they know I am just a poor pensioner! Although a hygienist was recommended there was no pressure to use their services. Reception staff are very efficient and helpful too.

Have been coming to this practice for a number of years as a NHS patient and haven't experienced any problems with the dentists, staff and treatment. The current hygienist (also now doing the check-up), Mr Kandiyil, is very professional with a polite and caring manner. He checks with you all the time whilst having treatment that you are okay. I hope he stays at Oradent.

I phoned Peartree to bring my appointment forward as I had a lot of pain. I was contacted back really quickly with a cancellation slot and at the appointment was treated really promptly and I left with antibiotics and a follow up plan which really helped. Thanks for being so responsive.

Friendly staff. Pleasant surroundings. I felt welcomed and the dentist explained everything to me. He filled my broken tooth quickly and painlessly.

All staff were professional and also took my disability into account. The dentist was informative and explained treatment fully. Extremely polite and courteous. Well done to the whole team

Hygienist made a first class, professional job of scaling and polishing my teeth. Efficient booking process too. No complaints (except for the steep rise in cost - from around £67 last year, to £74).

Haven't been to the dentist in a while so was a little nervous but the reception staff were friendly and polite and my dentist Mr Kandiyil was absolutely brilliant. He was very thorough and explained everything whilst being considerate. Would definitely recommend
