Stefano Masilla is an outstanding clinician and a genuinely wonderful human being. The clinical outcomes he achieved for me exceeded my expectations. But it is his approach to patient care that I find myself most wanting to speak to. I have significant dental anxiety and attended my initial appointments in considerable distress. What he and his incredible dental assistant Miquelina offered in those moments was not merely professionalism, but genuine kindness, warmth, and understanding — and they handled my anxiety with a compassion and patience I will never forget. For anyone who experiences dental anxiety, or who finds themselves dreading a periodontist referral, please do not hesitate — go to Stefano. The combination of clinical excellence and true compassion he brings to his work is something I have rarely encountered. I am more grateful to him than this review can adequately express.

I had an outstanding experience with Stefano and his nurse, Miquelina. From the moment I arrived, they were both incredibly professional, kind, and genuinely reassuring, which immediately put me at ease. Stefano gave me the best advice I’ve ever received regarding my dental health—clear, honest, and tailored to me in a way that showed real expertise and care. Miquelina was equally wonderful, attentive, and supportive throughout, making the whole experience feel calm and comfortable. What truly stood out was how much they both genuinely care about their patients. I felt listened to, respected, and in very safe hands. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional periodontal care.

I’ve had dreadful dental experiences in the past. All of the staff at dental confidence do a wonderful job at making you feel at ease. The dental staff are patient. I no longer fear going to the dentist. Shout out to the lovely Grant who is an exceptional hygienist!

I'm very happy with my experience at the practice. I am very nervous and anxious with dentists, but Grant and Miquelina did everything to make me feel relaxed and calm. The treatment was very good and I didn't feel any pain during or after the procedure. Really nice professionals, I do recommend them

I can't recommend this practice enough!! I recently had a tooth break while i was out for dinner, after calling reception and speaking to a lovely lady called Karen I was offered an appointment the very next day. The dentist who i saw, Deepika was wonderful and very gentle. Overall it was a great experience and i will absolutely be returning! Thankyou again.

Exceptional patient communication. Tom and Grant (with their amazing assistants) were fantastic at explaining everything going on. They discussed what would be happening and any follow-ups needed making me feel at ease. I highly recommend this practice!

While I understand that the practice has a missed appointment policy, I was disappointed with how my recent situation was handled. I have always attended my appointments on time and have been cooperative throughout my time with the practice. Unfortunately, on this occasion, there was a major traffic accident which caused significant delays on the road, completely outside of my control. I also attempted to contact the practice before my appointment, but due to poor mobile signal on the motorway, I was unable to get through until later. When I finally managed to speak to reception, I explained that I was still trying my best to get to the clinic despite the situation. However, I was informed that because I was already 10 minutes late, the appointment would be treated as a failed attendance and I would still be charged. I completely understand policies need to exist, but what disappointed me most was the lack of flexibility or goodwill shown towards a normally reliable patient. Even a brief discussion with the hygienist or practice manager to consider waiving the charge as a one-off gesture would have been appreciated. I have settled the fee, but unfortunately this experience has left me feeling that patient circumstances and loyalty were not really taken into consideration. I also suspect the practice may respond asking me to contact the manager to discuss the matter further. However, I feel that opportunity to discuss the situation properly should have been offered at the time when I was genuinely trying to reach the appointment despite circumstances outside my control, rather than only after a negative review has been left.
