Good dentist surgery overall, they genuinely try to fit you in as quickly as possible, the reception team are friendly and mums usual Dentist Asim is a brilliant world class dentist. However the other dentists are below average and my mums 83 years old and paid over 60 pounds for the hygienist and after telling me it was a 20 minute appointment I timed it on my mobile as I was in reception she was in their for 4 minutes with a female dentist. Complete waste of money.

This is the best dentist around. Sophie is incredible, she cares a lot about her patients and is knowledgable, patient, friendly and informative. I have had some awful experiences over the years (not here) but the staff at this practice are amazing. That includes Elaine and the other staff on reception too. I was recently seen by Dan Watson who comes in once a month for the more complex route canal treatments. He listened to my anxieties and was super supportive meaning I was completely at ease once he got started. The procedure was completed with professionalism, care and precision. The next day was like I'd had nothing done. No pain, tenderness, nothing!! Restoring my faith in dentists at Beaumont. Thankyou!

Had my checkup today. Extremely efficient staff from the desk to the treatment room. The dentist made sure I was comfortable and fully informed. I felt very safe and am more than happy about my next stage of treatment. If only all practices were this efficient, knowledgeable and professional 👌

I was referred here as an urgent care patient with a severely swollen face and unbearable toothache. Upon arrival I paid the fees upfront and was told to wait for the dentist to be ready. 45 minutes later the receptionist informed me that the dentist I was booked into see was no longer coming in and there were no other dentists due in that day, thus leaving me with no treatment and no guarantee of an appointment until the following week. Had this been a routine appointment i would have understood but for no urgent care cover to be provided is shocking. Not only this, but the receptionists were also unable to issue my refund as they had not been granted the correct card machine permissions to do so. I’d like to highlight that the receptionists were polite and apologetic and I completely appreciate this was not their fault. I hope no other patient has to endure the terrible service that I received today and the practice / NHS urgent dental care system takes appropriate steps to mitigate these issues in the future because I frankly cannot believe the misuse of taxpayers money at play here today. Do better.

As a new patient of Beaumont Dental, I am delighted to report a first class service and treatment from beginning to end. Sophie Nicolls and her team are amazing and professional. Sophie is a first class dentist, who I trust fully with all my Dental care. I have no hesitation in recommending Sophie and her team to you.

****I’d give 0 stars if I could**** Went here as a returning patient to let the dentist know I had been told by the specialist dentist they had referred me to that I do not have to have any teeth taken out if I do not wish to and can have work done instead to save them. I was then seen by the dentist, Mr Mohammed, and my experience was horrible. He seemed to already have an issue with the fact I didn’t want teeth removing. Then proceeded to tell me to stop "raising my voice" when I had simply asked a question. I was clearly very upset by how I was being spoken to so I asked for the antibiotics I needed for a tooth infection I had and said I didn’t like how I was being spoken to. I was then told to "leave the practice". Without any treatment and was refused the medication I need. Reported this practice for dental negligence.

Have recently tried to make an appointment for a check up and was told I was no longer registered despite having been a patient of the practice for over 50 years. No letter to inform me or any type of notification has been received from them. When asking for a review was told I hadn't a leg to stand on. I cannot believe this is the way long standing patients are being treated. When they are aware it's almost impossible to register elsewhere for a Dentist. This simple cannot be correct.
