Bupa Dental Care Salford

Just had my appointment at this dentist. Been a patient here for a couple of years. Reluctantly had to be private but thats just the state of things at the moment. Couldn't be happier with this dental practice. Ive genuinely gone from a very anxious and super reluctant patient to someone who feels much braver. My dentist has been extremely patient and understanding as Ive had to re-arrange past appointments due to anxiety. The receptionist staff are super lovely and very welcoming on arrival and during my time there. They have been very helpful from a finance point of view as the work Ive needed has not been cheap. Thankyou Bupa dental. I may still need a fair bit of work on my nashers but they'd be far worse without your professionalism and care.

Fabulous experience. Staff were sympathetic to my needs and provided a clear treatment plan, including follow up appointments. The reception staff reinforced that I could contact them before by next appointment if I was experiencing any issues.

I can’t even begin to describe haw happy iam that my children are all so welcome here no matter haw big or small the procedure is all the children are relaxed happy and very content Each and every time we arrive/leave we’re always greated with such kindness and care from all staff here We always have the lovely Nina an her wonderful assistant who are just the most pleasant charming ladies ever My daughter today has had her first filling and the whole build up to it was amazing she new what to expect today and sitting down in the chair happy when the procedure was all completed I now have one very happy girl and that’s down to you all at Jeremy cooper Thankyou for being an amazing team

Unfortunately had to leave due to Dr Kohli lying (bizarrely) that 'neither himself, or any other dentists in the UK would offer sedation just for a filling'.This was Unfortunate, as I was a nervous patient anyway and my experiences up until that point with Dr Adlyn and Dr Jai had felt supportive and pleasant. A quick Google search reassured me that asking for sedation was a valid query, and that Dr Kohli was incorrect when telling me no dentist in the UK would assist with that. I am now very happily a private patient at Beaumont Dental round the corner, where I feel listened to and supported, not fobbed off and bizarrely lied to.

I very rarely write reviews, but last year I took out Bupa dental insurance through work with the intent to get my teeth fixed after 10 years of neglect. Ivan has in my honest opinion, performed a miracle on my teeth, he has given me back a smile I'm not embarrassed of, and he's given me back my confidence, it's nothing short of life changing, and I cannot thank Ivan and his assistant enough, truly a 10/10 practice, and a 10/10 dentist, I will recommend this practice to everyone I know, thank you all so much 🙂

Implant surgery completed. Reception staff excellent thought 15 months of treatment. Made fully aware of cost before treatment started. Would recommend Ecko and all his support team for the dedicated care they have given me. Thank you to you all

Bupa Dental Salford is very friendly and customer focused. I've recently needed some dental treatment and the care I received from Alison, Tracey, Debbie and Neil have been excellent, the staff are a credit to the practise, thank you all and I'll see you again soon.
