I get nervous about having to have dental treatment but I had a friendly greeting from the receptionists who are also very efficient and from the dentist and his assistant which I found very helpful in calming me down. The dentist, well, I couldn't thank him enough for immediately putting me at ease particularly when the dreaded needle came out. So much so somehow I hardly felt it! This practice well and truly deserves 5 stars for its commitment to providing high quality treatment and for putting its patients at ease. Thank you.
Had some quality work done by the lovely Jaimini Popat, very professional, explain the plan from the start, answered all my questions/concerns, made me feel very comfortable, she's a credit to the practice. The quality of the work she's done is outstanding. I highly recommend Jaimini Popat for her quality workmanship. Also a shout out to Jane and Debbie on reception for scheduling my appointments when it was convenience to myself. I will be writing to the practice manger praising Jaimini workmanship. Thanks again
