I’m a fairly new patient at Ivory Dental Practice, however since joining I’ve been treated exceptionally well from start to finish. From the initial phone call to leaving after appointments, the whole experience has been so positive. The reception staff are always well-mannered, understanding, and greet me with a warm smile whenever I walk in. I’ve had a few treatments with Dr Priyal Shah and her assistant, and I must say Dr Priyal Shah is a fantastic dentist. She is kind, reassuring, careful, and always makes me feel comfortable. Both my own treatments and my children’s visits have always gone smoothly, without any issues, which really puts me at ease as a parent. I truly feel that they always recommend what’s best for our oral health, without any pressure, and they’ve always respected my comfort and boundaries during treatments. The location is also very convenient, with plenty of parking right in front of the practice, which makes visits even easier. I have been using Ivory dentist for the last 19 years with both old and new owners. The service has always been professional, helpful, flexible and supportive with our whole family needs. My children are now teenagers, but from toddlers to now they have been great, also supportive of orthodontist referrals for them.
