Ruislip Dental Practice

I understand my appointment was urgent but the dentist at the practice didn’t do the basic to make sure my fillings is good, apparently she finished and I couldn’t close my mouth properly until I asked her to check, never experienced this before.

I was very disappointed this afternoon when I spoke to Denise. She was so rude and aggressive over the phone. She is not professional and polite. She doesn’t deserve to work there. I prefer talking to Sheila who is very good and professional.

Dr Taijas Patel is amazing, he is super kind and friendly. My 12 year old daughter is petrified of the going to the dentist due to a bad experience with another clinic which made me decide to move to Ruislip Dental Practice due to high recommendations. She went back for a follow up appointment today and instead of tears before arriving she was happy and smiling 🙂 Dr Patel explains everything he is doing and is very reassuring which made her experience so much better. Would highly recommend this practice 😊

I recently had a cracked tooth which caused a lot of stress and anxiety as was told by a local dentist that they will not be able to save my tooth and will have to extract it and implanting a new tooth could take months and will be super expensive! However, I decided to go for a second opinion and I am extremely glad I did! I got a next day appointment, and Dr Taijas Patel not only reassured me that he could save my tooth, he actually did a fab job of removing the broken fragment whilst restoring my original tooth with minimum pain and discomfort! He called me for a 2nd appointment within 2 weeks and not only confirmed that my tooth was in good condition, but also did a Hygiene clean up on the spot instead of making me wait to get a separate appointment with a Hygienist which could have taken months! The lady at the reception and the nurse with Taijas were lovely too!! I would highly recommend Ruislip Dental practice as they have excellent Dentists!! Thank you!

My visit today at Ruislip dental practice was great! My dentist was Dr Taijas Patel and nurse was Amrita. They both made me feel welcomed and calmed my nerves as I’m not a huge fan of visiting a dentist! They removed my rear lower tooth, with ease, no pain or discomfort. Will be going back as and when needed! Thank you Ruislip Dental Practice for your excellent service 😊

A very warm, cheerful dental surgeon. He's makes you feel relaxed and explains everything. I actually enjoyed my visit to the dental surgery for a change. Great chat! Keep up the great work! A wonderful person. The nurse and the receptionist were also very welcoming. Well done to you all 👌👍

I was lucky enough to have had Dr Taijas Patel see to all my dental needs. He made me extremely comfortable and reassured me throughout the process. His attention to detail was extremely high and am very pleased that I was able to be seen by him. Shame he is leaving 😞
