I recently started using this dentist and have been extremely impressed with the service. The check-up was very thorough, and both the dentist and her assistant were excellent throughout. The whole process was quick, efficient, and very professional. The automatic appointment reminders are also a great feature, making it almost impossible to miss an appointment. I’ve since had a filling done, which was carried out brilliantly with no pain at all. The filling itself has been excellent too, with no discomfort or complications afterwards. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dentist. The fact they also accept NHS patients makes the service even better.

She has a wonderful, calming presence that puts you at ease right away, and she takes the time to explain everything so there are never any surprises. Her attention to detail is impressive, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients’ long-term dental health, not just the quick fix. Today, I had two dental extractions and I arrived at Damira Ruislip in a state of anxiety. My dentist is Shemailah Rathore and I cannot adequately commend her skill and professionalism. However, above all, she is immeasurably kind, patient, caring and wholly reassuring. The procedure was unbelievably swift and painless and I was pleasantly surprised at Shemailah's dexterity and ongoing concern for my wellbeing. I was given very explicit details about my aftercare, both verbally and in writing. I also thank the attending dental nurse who is also kind and thoughtful. This was the third time I have come here! Previous experience was good! But this time, an unpleasant feeling. The reception staff was cool, no welcome speech, she played music loudly and was unwilling to respond to my enquiry. The dentist speaks very fast and hurries to do the treatment. I came on time that enough time to have treatment and there were not many people waiting outside. She was not patient to patient！
