Smileology - Thorndike Dental and Implant Centre, Rochester

I needed a root canal treatment and was quickly referred to their rct specialist who was a very lovely gentleman. I suffer with ptsd and anxiety and he made me feel at ease, was very patient and was willing to answer any questions I had. The treatment took 2 hours but he made sure I was comfortable and pain free the whole time whilst also explaining everything he was doing. His nurse was also incredible, a very kind and gentle young lady who also made sure I was comfortable through out my treatment. Have been going to this dentist for over 10 years and never had a bad experience. I highly recommend

I’ve been attending Thorndike Dental Practice for over five years now, and it’s always such a positive experience. From the moment you walk in, you feel genuinely listened to and well looked after. Dr Shah is an exceptional dentist, professional, attentive, and reassuring, and the entire dental team consistently go above and beyond. A special mention to the reception staff, who are always so kind and welcoming. You can really see the strong team dynamic, which makes every visit feel comfortable and enjoyable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

It was my children's first dental appointment here (9yrs and 4yrs). Dr Buddha and Miriam were lovely. They put myself as a parent at ease and made sure the children were happy and relaxed. I especially liked that they talked through everything with the children and took their time to show them the apparatus they was going to use. They showed a real interest in my children which I think helped with their anxiety. The receptionists were also friendly and accommodating. Overall I am very pleased with the experience and would give more stars if I could.

Dr. Karam Saad is an excelent dentist. Every time we come for an appointment, it is an absolute pleasure. He is very nice , profesional and always makes our little one to feel comfortable and happy, Alexandra is always very excited to see him and his assistant and to come to check-ups. He is an absolutely amazing specialist and he know the best how to work with children. Today visit as well was a great experience. We feel very lucky to have such a great dentist. Thank you 😊

NHS Emergency appointment and treatment needed. The surgery was the 12th one I had contacted including my own - in excruciating pain. I wish I rang these first! Had an appointment within an hour and treatment that was needed just as fast. Every member of staff I spoke with were very kind and professional. Highly recommend!

I really value Dr Fahd Zaheer. Dr Fahd explains everything in layman’s terms. He is professional kind and patient. Makes you feel at ease and a credit to Thorndike and his profession. Highly recommended. Also appreciation to nurse Mira for her great customer service and warm welcome.

I’ve been a patient at Thorndike Dental Practice for a few years now, ever since having orthodontic work carried out by Dr Shah. I was so impressed by the level of care that I decided to register my daughter with the practice as well. Today, my daughter had to have two baby teeth extracted. She’s very nervous about this sort of thing and is afraid of injections. Everything went very well thanks to the help, patience and understanding of Dr Shah and Mira. They both put my daughter at ease by explaining everything to her and offering plenty of reassurance. What could have been a negative experience was turned into a positive one.
