Genix Healthcare Dental Clinic (Marske)

I recently visited Amit at the dentist, and it was a wonderful experience. He skillfully repaired my broken tooth without needing to extract it. During the appointment, he also mentioned a bridge that had fallen out years ago and assured me he could replace it once my other tooth had settled. It truly felt like reconnecting with a dentist from my past—someone who genuinely cared and listened. Kudos to Amit for his exceptional care!

A few months having a baby (when treatment is totally free) I was told I needed a filling. This is the first time I have needed one so didn’t really know what to expect. I asked the dentist whether I would be able to have a white one rather than silver. She said yes but that would mean the cost was approximately £170. I was shocked by this but agreed as I was already sat numb in the chair! When I spoke to others about it they informed me how expensive this was. I contacted the manager via email who replied saying the dentist had advised me the whole appointment would have to be paid for privately (this was not the case). I replied to the email but never received a response. I later went back to the dentist and saw a lady whose job title I’m not sure of. She was not a dentist but I believe was able to complete most of the same treatment. She was absolutely lovely. She did however confirm to me that a white filling IS included in nhs treatment and as I was post partum I should not have been charged at all. I again contacted the manager who did not reply. I then used a different email address to contact the manager in case there was an issue with not receiving previous. I am still waiting for a reply. Being on maternity leave at the time not being charged nearly £170 would have been very much appreciated.

Charlotte was extremely professional and caring towards my daughter’s first dentist appointment. Answered all my questions with a professional manner and was overall very helpful and caring. The receptionist also welcomed us in and was very friendly:) great members of staff x

I joined Genix (Marske) after a few nightmare (and painful) appointments with an NHS dentist. The difference between the two is immense. I see Annie Q who takes pride in her work, takes the time to explain procedures, has a calming nature and is gentle. You feel like you matter when your dentist treats you as a person!

After 50 years of bieng frightened of the dentist. Genix were great in how they helped with my fear. Put me right at ease. And I am now returning for all the treatment I need. Thankyoi to all the staff for bieng so helpful.
