Lorna, the receptionist is fantastic! Her customer service is second to none. She is so friendly, polite and caring. She put me at ease and did everything she could to help me during the 3 times I visited the dental practice this week. She’s an absolute gem - thank you! I also want to give a huge shout out to the 3 separate dentists I saw this week. Each one was fantastic, informative and did everything they could help my excruciatingly painful cracked tooth. The customer service I received was sympathetic, thorough and they did everything they could to get me the best treatment before I see the specialist. Thank you!

Went to the dentist today and my tooth had to be extracted as it had cracked and was no longer able to be saved. The extraction was smooth and calm and done within 15 minutes hugely recommend great experience. Thank you

It seems that our particular dentist is ALWAYS late. I don't mean just running late for appointments but late for work as a whole! We always book the first appointments to ensure that it has minimal impact to our working day but also because we have to take our toddler out of nursery. 75% of the appointments we've booked the dentist hasn't been in the building and instead has been "stuck" in traffic! The same traffic that we also have to drive through and yet we can be on time. The time can range from being told ten minutes (which it never is, its always longer) to over an hour. If this were my place of work I'd be having a disciplinary but maybe that's the difference between wanting to have pride is a workplace and knowing that you have behave how you like as there are limited alternative options.

I have never had anything to moan about. The staff are lovely and my dentist is great

Mr Lalli is a fab dentist, always friendly and easy to talk to. I have been through a succession of successful treatments - worth every penny !

Dr. KARAM is extremely skilled and made the entire procedure comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommend!!!
