The Gallery Dental Centre of Excellence

My whole family have been going here for our dental treatment for as long as I can remember. Excellent easy location with plenty of free parking nearby (2 mins walk). The premises are pristine and spotlessly clean, including the toilets. Our Hygienist (Diane) is always in great demand and is a very nice person and always does a super job. Our dentists vary with not one regular one, but all the dentists we have had are also excellent. Prices are comparable and there's always cheaper alternatives, but you know the saying " you get what you pay for" and if you value your oral hygiene, then this is the place.

With a hand on heart this is the most amazing dental practice!!! All the staff are so happy, helpful and caring. From the moment you walk through the door (feeling very nervous) the wonderful reception staff make you feel at ease.... Jacqui, Sam, Laura and AJ .... They know straight away what you need and how to help you..... The treatment you then receive from the dentists is outstanding.... Ian and Rebecca can't do enough to inform you of what you need and what is best for you. I have had many different treatments from them both and having moved away .... I will always travel back to see them as I trust everything they say and do. I also continue to have my hygiene appointments here too.... The Hygienists are brilliant (Diane and harsh) having to put up with me not coping with the appointment but the end result is brilliant... I promise you won't be disappointed with any part of this practice. Xx

I was very nervous about the procedures but at each stage everything was explained clearly and I was able to relax, confident in the team’s expertise. I am delighted with the way my implants look so natural and I can smile without a gap now but best of all I am able to chew and eat properly. Yes it was expensive but worth every £ spent.

Much to my shame, I had not been to the dentists for quite a few years. Not surprisingly, I was rather worried to reacquaint myself with The Gallery. I needn't have worried. Everyone, and I mean everyone (the receptionists, the dentist and her nurse, and the hygienist I saw) were so friendly, very reassuring and highly professional. I left with happy teeth and a smile on my face. The Gallery is highly recommended to all... and especially for hesitant folk like myself.

I've been going to this practice for more users than I care to remember. Diane, the hygienist, is excellent and lovely to chat to. Ian, my dentist is the same and after consulation good for a chat about football. The girls in the office are friendly, welcoming and helpful.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. After months of waiting, consultations, imaging, arranging time off work, postponing my driving test and delaying my move, my surgery was cancelled on the day due to an earlier procedure overrunning. While I appreciate that patient safety must come first, what has been most frustrating is what happened afterwards. I was informed that the clinic could not offer me another suitable appointment within a reasonable timeframe due to capacity constraints and that I would need to seek treatment elsewhere. From a patient’s perspective, this has meant months of waiting only to be told after my surgery was cancelled that the treatment cannot be provided in the timeframe required. Had I known this earlier, I could have explored alternative providers much sooner. The only immediate appointment offered to me was without the sedation originally planned for my procedure. Given the complexity of the treatment and the concerns discussed during my consultation, I did not feel comfortable proceeding on that basis. I am now left trying to arrange treatment elsewhere whilst still dealing with the pain that led me to seek treatment in the first place. I appreciate the apology, refund and release of my scan files, but overall the experience has been extremely stressful and disappointing.

Ian as always gave a top service. Seen promptly for a check up but needed a bit of extra work that he did in the appointment rather than me having to schedule another appointment. All staff at the practice are very welcoming. I have been with the practice a very long time and would not go anywhere else!
