Beech Lane Dental Care

Couldn't have been happier with the treatment at Beech Lane Dental Care. I had a tooth removed and an implant fitted, something which I wasn't looking forward to at all. Now it's done, I cannot see how it could've been any better. Let's be honest, it's not exactly a fun process but I felt in safe hands throughout - most of the work was done by Prash, who seems exceptionally skilled in this area. Pain relief was always spot on, I never experienced anything more than mild discomfort during the procedure. Hopefully it's not something I'll need to have done again, but if I do, I know where I'm going.

I have had to undergo a CT scan of my lower jaw to see if my jaw bone was suitable for implants. The technology is amazing, the technology produced a 3D image and Prash showed me the placement of the implants, nerves and dentures. We discussed the options and costs and I choose the correct option that is right for me. Throughout the consultation process I felt reassured at every point, there is no pressure to make any decisions. All the practice staff are so polite and welcoming, you could not wish for a better level of professionalism.

I was advised that one tooth was "100% unrestorable" and required extraction and implant treatment, and I was also told that extracting a second tooth and placing two implants was an option. As preserving my natural teeth was important to me, I sought further opinions before proceeding with irreversible treatment. Subsequent assessments by other clinicians recommended further restorability assessment rather than immediate extraction, which left me concerned about the certainty of the original recommendation. As a result, I decided not to proceed with treatment at this practice. On a positive note, the practice handled my refund request for the treatment not carried out promptly and professionally. My advice to other patients facing extraction and implant decisions would be to seek a second opinion before proceeding.

I thought my two visits to the dental practice went well I liked the we will solve your problem attitude and the problem of broken screws in my bridge was repaired and the bridge is back to normal I would though like to say that I would not have minded an itemised bill but I thought the costs were reasonable.

We are new to this Dental Surgery and we are very pleased we made the change. Very pleasant premises, and the staff are professional but friendly. We felt we were in very safe hands and will continue to attend this dental practice. We have been coming to Beech Lane Dental Surgery for about 2 years now, and we haven't changed our opinion of the Practice at all. Everyone is very welcoming and Gurveer Grewal the Dentist that we see is an exceptionally clever technician, but kind and gentle as well, as are the Hygienist and the Assistant who assists Gurveer. So, a great team.

A year after my implants I was in a little discomfort. No problem getting am appointment swiftly and Prash easily detected the problem and treated me quickly and simply. I cannot recommend this dentist highly enough. Thanks

Absolutely brilliant dental team. The receptionists are so friendly and helpful. Dr. Gurveer is very kind and he explains all the procedures that he is doing and is thorough explaining all the after care. I have seen Emma for my dental hygiene and she is very professional and she helps you to feel relaxed. I am very impressed with this whole dental practice, it is walking distance from my home, but there are some parking spaces. I would highly recommend this practice to others.
