A really comfortable and pleasant experience! My first appointment was a standard check up and for the first time in my adult life, my X-rays were discussed and dissected in detail which put me at ease for treatments going forward. I went back for a filling & scale and polish and was terrified initially but it was a speedy, relaxed and pain free visit! The whole team made me feel reassured and relaxed.

I came in for a second opinion for two crowns last week. They are a friendly team that provided a really thorough and excellent treatment for crowns that had been fitted elsewhere but had caused 6 months of pain. My mouth now feels so much better.

Dr Derek Watson is absolutely the best! He has repeatedly worked his magic to make sure my husband and I can chew properly and smile without embarrassment. On my latest visit Derek did something no other dentist could or would: repairing my chipped front top bridge made of porcelain. (According to other dentists, nothing sticks to porcelain.) What’s more, he amazed me by refusing to charge for the operation until it has conclusively proved to be successful when he "might add a little to my check-up bill". A few weeks later, the bridge is still as good as new – excellent news for those who are unlucky enough to have a problem similar to mine! I have no words to adequately thank Derek Watson so I just smile… Lara
