Dumpton Park Dental Centre & Sedation Clinic

I had 9 teeth removed on the 18th January and an immediate denture put in after being referred by my dentist. I was an absolute nervous wreck, upon entering the clinic I received a warm welcome from the receptionist which eased my fear a little, entering the sedation room was a big fear but I was instantly put at ease by the dentist (sadly I can't remember his name) who was so lovely and the anesthetist. I asked the dentist how long it would take to which he told me "20 minutes, but to you it will feel like a minute" the anethasist then put in the sedation drug and before I knew it I was coming around all teeth done and removed, do not remember a thing. So thank you to the dentist that done my treatment and making me feel comfortable, such a pleasant experience 😊

Called to make an appointment, after waiting on the phone for a while , I got an answer but got instantly hung up on. No call bsck or answer afterwards either, waste of time really

Diabolical! Would not recommend. Was booked in as emergency patient and charged 65 to secure appointment. I wasn't given examination or xray so questioned the price and I was given 30 refund. However, the receptionist "accidentally" debited my account again by another 30 and it was only because I brought it to her attention that she then credited my account! Absolute SHAMBLES! All about money and no patient care! Only 1 out of 3 receptionists was able to show anything resembling good customer service. The other two did not like their jobs and did not like the patients! Everything was too much effort for them! They seemed to know everything but offered very little help! Awful experience. 0 stars would be more appropriate but without giving a star I cannot share my experience!

My dentist is very good just a shame you have to spend an hour in the waiting room before being seen. My last appointment I was 3 minutes late due to road works near by and they refused to see me. But they're quite happy to leave you waiting. If only there was honesty on arrival, at least then I could plan ahead and call work

The staff here were amazing, I had sedation for impacted wisdom teeth to be removed today and I was worried. They made me feel at ease immediately, had the whole thing over in what felt like minutes and gave all aftercare I needed. I am in less pain now than i was before I went in there

I've been seeing the dentist, Hugo Marques, for years and highly recommend him. He regularly checks in on you during the appointment to check you're okay, is reassuring and explains everything. Pain free procedures.

Terrible experience. I was 16 when I had dental bridge procedure. I wasn't told what the procedure would entail (Dentists are supposed to give a full detailed explanation of what will happen). I had no idea the dentist would file down my two perfectly healthy teeth to fit this bridge on to. My mouth was numb so when I heard the buzzing from the tool, I just thought they were getting cleaned. It was only until I looked in the mirror before I had the bridge fitted, I'd seen what she had done to me! Two of my bottom incisors had been completely shaved down in to two tiny stumps! I was in so much shock, I just cried! I have never felt so violated in my life! If I had know what this procedure entailed, there is no way I would of gone ahead with it, I would of just had a single implant fitted. ( Which I now don't just have to pay for one, but three because of the damage to my other two teeth) After my teeth had been hacked down to stumps, the dentist fitted the false teeth bridge over my teeth and glued them in place to my stumps. They are yellow and in no way match the colour or size of my natural teeth. They just look awful and people always notice them because of how much they stand out from my other teeth. Not only this they are very sensitive as my teeth were filed down right to the nerve endings! and I cant eat certain foods or bite with them! Over all, I would advise anyone to steer clear of this dentist. Because of this,I hate my smile and my self confidence has dropped right down. They completely violated my mouth and there is not much I can do about it! I had this procedure done with the NHS but if I'd known what was going to happen, I would of happily paid to have another private treatment instead of this!!
