( MyDentist, Hereson Road, Ramsgate). Recently and at very short notice i have kindly been looked at with two issues with two teeth. I have been seen by Alistair Imam and most recently by Andrew Bayross (Andy). I can only say that they have both restored my faith in going to the Dentist, they are both great dentists ! I hope to have some amalgam fillings replaced and some front teeth whitening done in the very near future as of the positive experience i have received. Again thank you to Lucie Drake the treatment Co-ordinator for getting me in at very short notice, i'm so grateful.

I don't know where to start.. I had such a great dental experience here with private dentist Hugo and assistant Lucy! I would highly recommend composite bonding for those that want to perfect their smiles! Hugo has not only given me the smile I've always wanted but has boosted my confidence tenfold! From consultation to treatment to aftercare and ongoing treatment it was worth every penny and was by far the best dental experience ive had. Thank you so much Hugo and Lucy! 😁

Not very good, attempted to cement my veneer in on 4 different visits and failed every time. More interested in selling you implants than anything else. Changed dentist now, cemented in properly first time and £40 cheaper.

Thank you so much to Mo the dental surgeon and the lovely kind team that were with him. I am such a nervous patient and went for iv sedation for an extraction. Oh my goodness I don’t know what I was worried about I didn’t feel a thing and was over in what felt like minutes I was recommended mo by my regular dentist Danny and he assured me I was in the best hands. . He wasn’t wrong I can’t thank Mo and Danny enough Thank you all the team at my dentist

I emailed the practice to cancel my annual plan. After a week heard nothing so I called them. I was advised I needed to speak to the finance company to cancel. This seemed improbable and on speaking to the finance company they confirmed that the practice needed to cancel. Called practice to once again request to cancel my plan and again was told they didn't do that. After some perseverance, and whilst on the call I received an email, confirming plan had been cancelled. No word of explanation or apology and no acknowledgement I'd told them 9 days previously I wished to cancel. This delay has meant I oay an additional month's subscription. 2nd time I've found the front of house team to be high handed and dismissive. My reason for wishing to cancel is, the my hygienist appt lasted around 15 mins and my check up was less than 5 minutes, which I didn't feel represented good value for money.

Recently, I had some unclear problems with the denture drawer, but after inserting it, it turned out to be poorly made, and I had to stop wearing it. After receiving a refund, which was significantly less than I paid, I thought my relationship with you would be over. But recently, I received a text message from you. The appointment was supposed to be on the 12th, but you moved it to December 11th. My only question is, what are these appointments for? I think the appointment is over, so please delete everything and send the messages to my phone. I just want an explanation from my dentist, who promised me that the costs incurred while I was away would be waived. But you didn't do this, and when I cancelled the denture, that amount was also deducted. I'm a bit disappointed with how the customer is treated. Have a nice day.

Who can say they love there dentist! Well I can, as I’m always put as ease when I visit Hugo. Nothing is ever a problem. I’m always left feeling looked after.
