Lake Road Dental Practice

Had a wonderful visit. Very clean, friendly staff. The dentist (Peter) was wonderful with my child. She had a small meltdown and cried, due to a bad experience with a dentist. He reassured her and made her feel better. He talked to her and explained everything he was doing all the way through. And at the end they got a sticker.

Absolutely 100%, couldn't fault it. Staff are great. Tooth removed without feeling a thing & in minutes. Think my whole initial entry-filling out pre-assessment form, to going in for the whole process was all of an hour. A* Was a last option as couldn't even get into my own dentist so 5* from me.

I have had many different dentists over my lifetime (73 years of age) this dental practice is by far the best one ever. The staff including the receptionist the dental nurses and the dentists are so nice. I would never want to go to a different practice. I feel so lucky that I’ve found them

I am terrified of the Dentist but they’ve never hurt me once I honestly can say I trust them 100%. I will always recommend people to them. Peter, Andrea and the team are absolutely brilliant. Always so very kind, knowledgable, professional and helpful. Visited today for an emergency extraction and as I walked in, Jo on reception said morning Susan. I am amazed she remembers me as only generally go twice a year for checkups. Definitely I would highly recommend.

We have moved from Dentist to Dentist over the years and recently signed up with Lake Road Dental Practice. How we wished we had found them years ago. Service, professionalism, friendly staff are beyond superb. Our visits have never resulted in discomfort or pain and the explanations, time spent talking to us as patients is brilliant. The team have set the bar very high, and in our opinion no-one has come close. A special mention is for Andrea and Fran, the hygienist, their laughter and expertise is infectious, but having said that, the whole team is absolutely the best.
