Hello, we recently visited the practice in Kingston crescent. Can I just say what a wonderful experience we had for my little girl! She came in with a wobbly tooth that was at risk of infection and it needed to come out. Well firstly the receptionist (vicky) was absolutely amazing, she was and still is so welcoming and always makes a huge effort to get to know us and especially my daughter. And all the nurses there were fantastic, they were so friendly and wonderful with her, getting her to stay calm and even finding things for her to gold during the extraction. They helped so much! And lastly natalia, what a wonderful dentist! She was so calming and paitent with my daughter and got the job done beautifully with such care, I cannot thank you guys enough for all your help and patience. My daughter also appreciates it alot <3

⸻ I took my daughter to this dentist for fillings, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the care she received. The dentist was so patient and gentle, which really helped calm her nerves. They explained everything clearly to both of us, making sure she felt comfortable throughout the whole appointment.

I have no words to express how amazing Chung Jui Lee and Lacey are! The best experience in a dentist ever! Gentle, caring, professional and knowledgable. I went in being a little stressed as the previous dentist treating the same tooth caused me a lot of pain with the drilling even after 4 injections to numb the area, but Jason had a really soft hand when doing the numbing and felt nothing while treating my tooth. They managed to save my tooth without needing further and more intrusive treatments! Overall, I am so pleased and lucky to have a dentist like Jason and such a lovely nurse like Lacey!

Went as needed a new top denture and was seen by Chung Jui Lee, very professional and gave me all the options open to me, explained everything in simple terms as to why my existing denture kept getting fractures and didnt pressure me at anytime. Very friendly dentist and his assistant was also excellent, gave me a free clean and a bit of discount also.

I recently had a tooth extraction with Dr. Chung-Jui Lee, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everything was explained to me thoroughly beforehand, which really put me at ease. Dr. Chung-Jui Lee, his dental nurse, and the reception staff were all so polite, professional, and helpful throughout. They made what could have been a stressful procedure feel comfortable and reassuring. Thank you to the whole team. I’m very grateful for your excellent care

My first visit, Sarah very nice, put me at ease. After the examination explained what treatment was needed, explained prices and ways to pay. Felt comfortable with the whole procedure.

I’ve only recently been accepted as a patient here through a dental charity as a dentist here has admirably offered to help a certain amount of people who don’t have a dentist and are in desperate need of dental work. If Damira hadn’t been so charitable, I’d still be here with missing, broken and dying teeth. I’d been looking for over 5 yrs for a local NHS dentist that’s accepting patients but no matter what I tried, & how many times I tried nobody was taking on new patients. The nhs helpline couldn’t even help. I’ve had about 4 appts so far and all my ruined teeth are gone and I have a temporary denture in and I’m getting a permanent one next. I have to wait for the swelling to go down first. Anyway, everything’s went better than expected so far. This is life changing for me and I couldn’t be more grateful for their charitable support. The premises are clean and modern and the staff are really friendly and understanding. What a fantastic practice they are!
