One Smile Dental - Portsmouth

I went for my Initial patient onboarding and was pleasantly surprised. The efficiency and cleanliness of the reception was excellent. Seen within 2 minutes of my appointment time!(Big Bonus IFKYK). The dentists Katy & Maddie were professional and lovely. Personally, I have no fear of dentists, but their patience and bed side manner was refreshing and reassuring. The only pointer I have… There’s two plants in reception that could use a little top up of water. 10/10 experience! Looking forward to call this my new dentist!

Katy & Charlie was amazing, I had 4 fillings and due to have more. And in the past I gained a massive trauma from a past dentist. Kate however listened to everything I had to say, and made it the least painful session I've been to. I have a massive needle phobia and she made very quick work with them. I'm very happy she's my dentist now!

Brilliant. I haven't been to the dentist in a few years. It was my first visit. Lisa and Zammon were lovely. Listened and did what was needed, told me my options with no hard sell. The receptionists were lovely too. This is sadly rare in dentists of late, but I'm so pleased I found this place. Thank you.

I would like to thank Katy with assistance of Charlie for their wonderful care. I have not seen a dentist for some time due to a previous bad experience so I was very apprehensive and nervous. Katy was patient and caring explained the whole procedure to me and gave me plenty of opportunity to pause during my procedure. I never felt rushed and would highly recommend them. Well done!

Just wanted to say a big thank you to the whole team at One Smile - Portsmouth. I was very nervous after not going to the dentist in a number of years but everyone made me feel very welcome and safe which was very reassuring. Although it was only the introductory appointment, Zaman and Chloe made me feel as relaxed as can be. No judgement from anybody. Thanks to you both! The receptionists were all very friendly and inviting. Made me feel less bad about the whole situation. The practice is very clean and well kept. Absolutely fantastic dentist, myself and daughter joined this dentist around 3 weeks ago. We’ve been twice for check up & filling. My daughter was treated with so much care and professionalism with katy & her team my check up with katy was absolutely perfect, she made sure we understood everything and was happy before we left. We’re more than happy we are over the moon, my fear of dentist has gone and my faith is restored. One smile dentist itself is clean and professional & the reception team are outstanding they will help any way they can. Thankyou so much One Smile Dental x

My husband & I went along for our 1st appointments a few weeks ago. Everyone was so friendly. I felt so at ease whilst having my checkup. Muhammed & his nurse were very nice. Im delighted at finally getting registered as a nhs dental patient, which will save me a lot of money every year
