Well I booked my appointment in November and told it was £70. They then cancelled my appointment and move it to 11th December. On paying the balance the price had gone up to £77 no warning at all- even on the two occasions where they tried to move my appointment. when questioned I was told it would not be honoured and the price had gone up!!! If I did that to my customers I wouldn’t have any customers left! This is not how you do business. Shame. Safe to say this will be the last time using My Dentist.

Trying to cancel my appointment but your liens are not working says issue with phones

Dentist arrogant no sympathy whatsoever still have jagged teeth roots left my plate does not fit complain goodness help you I’m being scolded by someone who doesn’t come from here I’ve worked all my life don’t expect this treatment! From nobody Just be grateful I don’t think so!!!!!!

Staff are really helpful and friendly. My dentist Monika is really lovely, helpful, caring and I trust her completely. She treats you at your pace and is really understanding.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been with this dentist for 35 years and have just moved because of the awful service. Since Kathryn has left the practice it has just gone awful. I do not feel that the staff are friendly, appointments made even 6 months in advance are continually cancelled, this has been the experience by both myself and the rest of my family who are registered here. Since 2019 I have had 1 appointment due to appointments being continually cancelled and my children have had 2, 1 of which I paid privately for because it was the only way I knew I could get an appointment. As someone who has always looked after their teeth and had regular dentist appointments I feel I have been let down massively. I am so pleased that I have now moved and my new dentist is a breath of fresh air, I had an appointment within days. Don’t bother registering here, go somewhere else.

Finally after COVID upheaval, I have managed to get my second appointment with My Dentist. Iqbal Shumaila the dentist was extremely patient with a lovely manner. I would not hesitate to recommend her to others as she got on the the job taking time to fully explain procedures.

Ive been in a lot pain and had quite a lot of work done and still being treated in a small amount of time and I have to say well done and thank you !! Thank you to the receptionist for having understanding and patients to understand my speech on the phone! Dentists thank you for listening and involving me and making me feel at ease xx well done all!
