I joined this dentist because they said they were taking on NHS patients. What a waste of time. I arrived to find an archaic practise, no computers, all paper wallets written by the lady behind the counter. This was my second attempt at my appointment because the lady had lost her note book the first time and my appointment had to be rescheduled. Everything is done in written pen, not computers. And all by one lady who has clearly been there a very long time. Then I discovered that there’s only 1 dentist! And I overheard the receptionist telling another patient that they had just taken on 400 new patients! I waited almost 40 mins past my app time. Saw the dentist, he took X-rays and said he’d look over the weekend and call me Monday. That was 9 weeks ago. I called two weeks in and asked if they had my details as I was expecting a call. I was assured yes they had. Still waiting. I have given up and gone to find another dentist. How 1 dentist and 1 receptionist manage to run the business without any kind of modern system is beyond me. Don’t waste your time. I am really disappointed. Why get someone’s hopes up of you are not able to deliver?

Huw is a very caring person.he certainly knows his job he's very skilled and certainly enjoys what he does never rushed and the end result is outstanding.cant recommend him enough wouldn't want to go anywhere else.nothing too much trouble a very relaxing place for someone who has had bad experiences from previous dentists and the nurse receptionist outstanding highly recommend .
