The Neighbourhood Centre Dental Practice

Dental care is great but telephone service is disappointing. Two receptionists and not that busy but they don’t call back or answer the phone. Hygienist lost money today and not her fault. Reception told me I left no message. I DID!

Excellent dental clinic with a very professional and friendly team. Clean, modern practice with high-quality dental care and clear communication throughout the treatment. I felt comfortable and well looked after. Highly recommended for cosmetic and general dentistry.

Brilliant...I have no lower jaw back teeth. I have been resisting having dentures for a few years. I am a difficult patient as easily gag. However my Dentist Rihab persuaded me to consider. I had started to wear down my lower front teeth and had hairline cracks and chips to my top main two front teeth. Gave in to advice. Now have two superb fitted caps/crowns to my top teeth. I am not a vain individual but admit look good. Have had the initial dentures fitted today. So far two lower back teeth on either side with additions probably to be added in the New Year to the plate. I am amazed how comfortable they feel. To say I made Rihab's job difficult to start with, constantly gagging , was an understatement but the lady has the manner and patience of a saint. Assisted by her excellent Dental Nurse Eva I was calmed down and the procedures were completed without further interruption from me. In summary, a superb job, Rihab is a very talented Dentist 👏 👌 and team as a whole including very helpful receptionists. I cannot recommend the Practice and Staff too highly. Thank you. Now for a steak dinner in a few days 😋 , something have avoided for sometime!!!!

Great first appointment with Ors Nagy today, made me feel at ease as abit nervous being my first at a new dental practice, however had a filling, didn't feel any pain & he's done a really good job. Thank you

I have been trying to call them as I’m suffering from severe pain in on my teeth and I am registered with them. Called Twice left a message with all the information about me and the pain , They have Two receptionists and they never called me back again, I had to start a new private dental insurance to be able to register with a private dentist which means that the people who work there are not trustworthy🫡

As a new patient, I was feeling quite nervous, but Dr. Patrycja and the entire team immediately put me at ease. She was incredibly kind, made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process, and my treatment was surprisingly smooth and completely painless. I can’t thank her enough! The reception staff were also wonderful—very professional, welcoming, and informative, which made everything feel seamless from start to finish. I truly appreciate the outstanding care and attention I received. Thank you all for such a positive experience!
