Teeth on the Heath

I had an appointment with the lovely hygienist yesterday. I told her upon arrival that I have been experiencing sensitivity across lots of my teeth recently and that I was very nervous about the appointment. She immediately put me at ease, gave me lots of advice to help with the sensitivity and was super gentle during the appointment. I didn’t need to be nervous as I felt no discomfort at all! My appointment was on time and all staff I spoke to were lovely and welcoming, as always. Thank you 🤩

Teeth on the Heath, my experience is incredible amazing dentists and hygenists. The receptionists as well so friendly and in case of emergency there is help available the same day. Ulrika the dentist has always helped me to feel calm at my appointments and i gained my confidence again. Fiona the hygenist is also very kind and did an amazing service on my teeth. All the staff is amazing. Teeth on the Heath is unique and highly recommended. I feel 100 percent safe!

Visited for the first time yesterday, and was really pleased with the service. Lovely lady on reception who helped with booking me in for treatment and talking about the dental plans. Jason Wong and the dental nurse (sorry forgot name) were also so lovely and really made me feel welcome, and explained everything in detail and made me feel calm. Thank you very much, I'm such a nervous person with dentists, and it's made me feel less nervous and happy to come again.

Unfortunetely no longer in Canford Heath so the name is slightly misleading, and it's a bit far out in Nuffield as no busses go there. The staff are amazing and do such a great job but prices keep going up. New building is much bigger than before, just a shame it's not local anymore.

A routine check up and visit to the hygienist at their new premises was as I have come to expect, professional, friendly and pain free. The staff are wonderful, full information and advice is always given and I believe the practice acts in the best interests of it's patients. I am a very happy patient and always give credit when it's due, well done Teeth, I'll be back in 6 months time !

After not visiting a dentist in a long while Kathy and Faye were so attentive and put my mind at easy though out my treatment plan, taking time to explain every step! Reception staff always have friendly faces and so helpful, such a lovely practice!

Ursula managed to see me on short notice after I cracked a crown. Not only was she very professional in letting me know possible routes I can take from here, she also did an X-Ray and explained where I am now and what might happen, giving me all the information without forcing me down a route I was not comfortable with. This is great customer service and GREAT dentistry! I am happy being a patient, also happy to always have the same dentist who knows my history and is very kind and caring. All the staff are great!
