I love this dental surgery…. I will definitely miss Tianna when she goes off on leave - a real asset to the team. The whole staff are welcoming and supportive. Explain what is happens if and what to expect. Thank you for all your care over the years. Recommend happily!

Wow probably the worst dentist I've ever been to. The lady at the reception. I'm not sure how and who thought she's a good person to work there and greet patients when they walk in. Not a word when we first walked in, just looked and me and nodded her head like 'what's up!?'. So I explained I have a very anxious daughter so that's why I had to change our dentist. Specifically asked for a female dentist as we didn't have a good experience. Of course when we came a few weeks later for our appointment, our dentist was male, not a female like we asked for. We sat there me and the 2 small kids for almost an hour before we got seen. The waiting room is so small that you can fit maybe 6-8 people there. There was like 6 families there when we came in. Feeling very claustrophobic. I can't say the dentist wasn't good, it's purely the ignorance from the girl at the reception that put me off coming back ever again. Never seen such a negative receptionist in my life. So no thanks, definitely won't be returning

Great customer service. Seen as an urgent case. They went above and beyond to get me seen and treated asap.

Dr Williams has been so kind, looking after my son since being brutally attacked resulting in the loss of a front tooth and chipped front tooth. He has always been thorough and sought advice to give the best possible outcome for my son. Iv always been nervous of dentists and haven’t been myself for a very long time , if they were taking on adults at the moment, which they unfortunately are not I would want him to be the one to look after me. Humorous at times, an all round lovely guy. Reception staff are always really friendly also they should all be so proud.

Romi has been my dentist for some time now as well as my young daughters and she has always been lovely. I recently started having issues with a wisdom tooth that needed to be extracted. Due to my complex medical history Romi wanted my bloods to be taken to ensure the extraction was safe, she personally came with me to my GP next door to request the bloods as urgent so the tooth could be taken out asap. Once my blood results were back Romi had me back in the next day to take the tooth out, she was professional and gentle given how anxious I was. She wanted to make sure the wound was healing and booked me in a week later to check it. I can’t recommend her and her team enough, she really went above and beyond and provided a highly professional service. Thank you Romi 🙂
