Love this dental surgery..receptionist always polite, helpful and very accommodating. I have 4 children and they have been amazing with the issues one of my child suffers with her teeth. They have put my children at ease and non of them fear the dentist any more.

I’ve been a patient at this surgery for as long as I can remember. I just called to make a check up and told my dentist has left and they cannot see me. The receptionist was rude and abrupt and ended up ending the call when I went silent. Absolutely shocking service and patients made to feel like they are nothing! I’m sure you still have a dentist though!!!

Make sure you keep up your appointments. I've was with the dentist for 25 years plus and was taken off the books with no warnings or alternatives, after I didn't attend for 2 years. Fair enough, but not helpful on what I should do next just removed. I found a very helpful private dentist in Plymstock.. Totally agree with all the comments about the 'receptionist.

Booked for a check up and a filling. Got there and was given a temporary filling and got told I got an emergency appointment! So for a 5 min bodge job and £20+ lighter for me to return in November... Today is 16th September. The boss that runs the show is the daughter of the man that dealt with my teeth as a kid. I bet he'd be turning in his grave now. Put a complaint in to the reception. Basically got told it's not her problem. Now pay the bill!

Receptionist very rude! She should not be dealing with patients/customers. Phoned as an anxious patient and she basically hung up on me after practically shouting at me as I'd been struck off the register. Felt even more anxious and upset afterwards. I'm feel tearful just recalling the experience - I would not recommend this practice unless the staffing situation changes.

I needed an emergency dental appt as I was in pain. One of the receptionists was exceptionally rude and told me that I had been taken off the register as I hadn't been for a while. I asked politely what I could do. She basically was very unhelpful. The other receptionist didn't know where to put herself. I wonder what she were to do if someone spoke to her like that. A very upset un-patient.
