I can’t stress enough how lucky I feel to have used this dentist. Since I started going here the professionalism of the staff and level of care has been the best I have ever experienced. Rebecca and her team have been beyond brilliant looking after me. Even when (100% my fault) we had a logistical/late for appointments issue this practice dealt with it in the most professional manner and helped in every way possible. I’m a "nervous patient" and would recommend to anyone who is scared of dentists. I have an important event coming up and they moved around scheduling to fit me in, my first appointment they told me I had booked the wrong thing and gave me a credit. The most professional and customer focused dentist I have ever visited. Don’t hesitate- book.

Highly recommend. 5 star experience all round. I’ve seen many dentists over the years for a problem with one particular tooth, and had huge anxiety at the appointment. Dr Lin little was so calm, patient, and reassuring. Dental Nurse Elise was also excellent—friendly, professional, and supportive throughout the appointment. Together they made what is usually a stressful experience feel comfortable and manageable. I’m very grateful for their care and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a compassionate and professional dental team. Huge thank you to them both!

I am always impressed with the professionalism of all at South Devon Dental. But,Dr Gifford and Keira were amazing today! A deep filling had fallen out, and I was in a lot of pain as some jagged edges caused an ulcer. I am usually very nervous about any dental work. However, they both put me at ease instantly, and worked together so skillfully, that it seemed time passed so quickly. Dr Gifford has a bag of tricks that helped to take my mind off the dental work, and I came away feeling so relaxed and relieved. Thank you both. And the lovely receptionists.

I’m a very nervous patient and hadn’t been to the dentist in around 15 years, so I was absolutely terrified walking in. From the moment I arrived, I was put at ease. Sophie on reception was so warm, welcoming, and kind, which really helped calm my nerves. I was then treated by Dr Tanya Henshaw and dental nurse Liberty, and I honestly can’t praise them enough. They were patient, gentle, reassuring, and took the time to explain everything without any judgement. I felt listened to and cared for throughout the whole appointment. Amazing service from start to finish — I never thought I’d say this, but I actually feel comfortable coming back to the dentist now. Thank you all so much!

I had two implants carried out at South Devon Dental and I am delighted with the result. This was not a straightforward procedure as the my missing teeth had been gone for some time. Nevertheless, Ruairi carried out bone grafts which built up my gum areas and made them suitable to receive the dental implants. Ruairi and his team, Martha, Sade and Sonya were thoroughly proffessional and very friendly throughout the treatment. If I required another implant in the future, I would be more than happy to go back to them and I would recommend their sevices to anyone else. Great work, many thanks, Andy.

I visited the dentist today to have a tooth extracted, and I was very anxious due to a bad experience in my childhood. However, Dr. Tanya Henshaw and nurse Liberty were absolutely wonderful. They were kind, patient, and highly professional throughout the whole procedure. They really took the time to calm me down and made me feel safe and comfortable. Even though removing my wisdom tooth was not easy, they handled it with great care and professionalism. I am extremely satisfied with their approach and the level of care I received. The whole process of having implants was extremely professional from start to finish. Everything was thoroughly explained. There were plenty of opportunities to ask questions and reassurance and I was given a comprehensive sheet of instructions to follow. After the procedure I was contacted to check how I was feeling and that all was ok. I would thoroughly recommend South Devon Dental and my thanks to the Implant team Ruairi, Sonya, Sade and Martha.
