GreenTree Dental Implant Clinic

I spoke to my dentist today as he recommended I see the hygienist (which was himself on my last visit) and I complained that I paid a lot of money and didn’t clean my teeth bar the four front ones then said he did and it was me who probably forgot, until the nurse read from my notes that I was being offered a free one due to lack of treatment. And today I mentioned it to him and said I would hope next time he would clean all my teeth both inside and out, and he said he didn’t do inside as there was no need! I asked him, so I explained that you can’t do half a tooth and he looked shocked because I said I wanted the whole tooth to be cleaned - with that he said he would document my request for next time!

Having recently moved to the area, I clearly needed to find a dental practitioner. As an elderly pensioner I was disappointed at being forced to pay for private treatment, because the area does not provide for NHS treatment. On my neighbours recommendation, I registered with Green Tree. Although I found the receptionists very friendly and helpful, I cannot say the same for the practitioner that I was allotted. Not a pleasant experience, and I considered not going again. Instead, I joined their payment plan and requested to be seen by somebody else. This was a vastly different experience. Much better and much friendlier, and much more informative. Highly recommend Andreii.

The most wonderful dentist you could wish for. Kind, caring and so helpful. I have had a lot of work done and Guru is an extremely competent and gentle dentist.

It is always a pleasure to come to the surgery , the reception staff are very friendly and helpful. I saw Mr Narks and his nurse Chloe today- excellent care as always. Lovely practice!

Claire (Dental Hygienist) and her nurse are amazing. I’m not a big fan of dentists but always feel relaxed there. They seem to have a unique ability to keep you laughing while carrying out a first class service and at the same time telling you to stop smoking and drinking red wine 😉. Thank you ladies.

My experience of my visit to Green Tree Dental & Implant Clinic today was a very positive one. I was helped to use the stairlift and was seen on time, and given some very sound and useful advice concerning future treatment. Everybody had a smile on their face which was very uplifting. Had a root canal treatment today which I was concerned about after what people had told me. Seen Rianna today and never felt a thing. No pain killers were needed after the treatment at all. Rianna and her nurse Jess were great very calm and explained everything. I would highly recommend recommend GreenTree dental practice all round. Thank you Rianna and Jess
