Took my 1 year old son to see Dr Bala today and had such a lovely experience. As a mum I was nervous about how he’d react, but both Dr Bala and the nurse were so patient and caring with him. They kept trying to make him laugh and feel comfortable the whole time which I really appreciated. You can tell they both genuinely care and are really good with children. Thank you again for being so kind and making the appointment such a positive experience for us.

Exceptional from the moment I walked into the surgery. I was greeted and processed quickly by Shama on reception, and only waited a very short time before being called in by the dental nurse. The dentist talked me through the whole process, explaining everything he was doing along the way. He clearly cared about his work and was very well supported by the nurse throughout. I couldn’t have been happier with the treatment and care I received.

I had a great experience! Shama at reception was super efficient and friendly, I was seen quickly, and Hamza my dentist was so kind and encouraging. I’m generally a nervous person when it comes to doctors and dentists and the like, but I was so at ease here from the get-go. Thanks guys!

I’ve had a great experience at Damira Bury Knowle. I completed my Invisalign treatment with them, and I was really happy with the results and the level of care throughout the process. More recently, I needed a crown due to a cracked tooth. The dentist explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and the treatment was carried out professionally. The crown feels secure and looks very natural. I’ve also signed up for a Denplan, which includes regular dental check-ups and hygiene appointments every six months. This gives me real peace of mind knowing my dental care is well managed. The whole team are friendly, professional, and reassuring. I would definitely recommend Damira Bury Knowle to anyone looking for high-quality dental care.

I had an excllent experience yesterday. I was not registered with an NHS dentist - and this has been problematic for me over the last few years - I have hypodenture and autism spectrum condition. A bad tooth suddenly started becoming painful and signs of pulp inflammation Thursday evening through the night. I rang 111 who gave me a couple of numbers - one of which was Damira. I phoned and the could fit me in the same day, Friday. It's nice location and welcoming environment and all staff are very helpful and friendly in a soothing way. The dentist, "Ali" was excellent both in manner, clearness and gentle assurity of information and removed the lower molar with the minimum of pain. Assuming no further complications - I would highly recommend based on my experience yesterday. Communication by the surgery before and after with sms and emails was also very helpful.

Every time we visit the practice, we always notice Mahreen. It can get really busy on reception, but she’s always helping patients, answering questions and making sure everything runs smoothly. She stays calm and polite no matter how busy it is. We actually asked for her name because her effort really stood out. When we bring our grandkids, she’s so lovely with them and always takes a moment to play with them and make them feel comfortable, which we really appreciate. She presents herself beautifully and genuinely makes the whole experience better. She really deserves more credit for everything she does!

My feedback is specifically for Siddhika Sathyamoorthy who helped me get my smile back with Spark Aligners. Sid has been incredible from start to finish of my journey. She showed me options I hadn't thought about such as composite bonding but never pressured me to take a particular solution and even encouraged me to keep all my options on the table until I had all the information. I'm an anxious patient and she made me feel so at ease throughout the journey that I looked forward to my appointments as I was confident I was getting the best care and knew she would help if I was struggling to get through the appointment. I have since finished my aligners treatment and have never been so confident with my smile - I can't thank her enough. She shows genuine care about her patients and clearly puts them first. If I could afford private dental and have her as my dentist, I would!
