The Manor Dental Surgery

Called the dentist at 3:30 after picking my 4 year old from school, she had fallen and banged her face giving her a thick lip and miss placing her two front teeth slightly. They got us in immediately and she was seen by 3:45! Giving me some much needed reassurance that there would be no lasting damage for her. Brilliant service!

Emailed the practice Sunday and got a reply Monday morning. Sent my details to register as an NHS patient so fingers crossed 🤞. Did get an emergency appointment later Monday afternoon and was prescribed antibiotics, will wait and see what happens next. As a I have terrible anxiety I didn't feel totally at ease but staff were friendly and helpful.

Our family are patients at this dental practice. I had a routine check up which was booked for next week, but over the bank holiday weekend I suffered toothache which led to an access. I called into the practice this morning to see how they could help & they kindly looked at my problem , and after offering me the extraction of the tooth it was swiftly removed. I cannot thank them enough for their help. Lovely staff & dentist creating a calm surgery. Thank you very much

First appointment today at Manor having moved from a different dental surgery that I had been with for many years. I was very pleased with the professional service I received today from all the staff; the dentist and hygienist were very friendly and explained everything. Well done to everyone.

Been with this surgery for many years now and since being taken over the service is excellent. I went in yesterday with a very sore tooth, the dentist I saw was amazing she evaluated what was wrong immediately and the decision was to remove it. She put me at ease and dealt with it straight away. Many thanks for sorting it and the discomfort has gone. 😁

For us who pay to see the dentist, we want to have a great experience and make good use of the money we pay . i was a bit disappointed . It felt rushed, the dentist’s explanation was abrupt and lacked details. I felt like i could not ask any questions. When i told her about one tooth feeling out of shape and cracked she did nothing about it.
