The Cottage Dental Practice

No hesitation in recommending The Cottage Dental Practice. I recently had a front tooth implant. There were no hidden costs, even when extra visits needed. Everybody I saw or spoke with seemed to genuinely care and wanted you to have the very best treatment and result, very heart warming. I’m not going to say if it was the left or right front tooth I had done as you really can’t tell! 😁

I've been a patient here for many years and I've been looked after by three different dentists; they have all demonstrated excellent patient care, have been friendly and approachable and have explained everything thoroughly. Reception staff have always been extremely polite and welcoming. It's a pleasure to visit The Cottage Dental Practice for my routine checkups and I can highly recommend them.

I had a previous negative experience which had made me very upset and gave this practice 3 stars. However there is a Doctor here who makes this practice worthy of 10 stars. Doctor Daanesh. He is fantastic,especially in dealing with autistic kids. My little boy is not afraid of coming for his check up,thanks to Dr. Daanesh and his kindness and patience. Not to mention the reception ladies who are always kind and helpful. Now I recommend this practice and Dr. Daanesh, to everyone .

A dental practice for life. Easy to get hold of an appointment or to address something else. Everyone really knowledgeable, lovely and understanding with no issues. Invisalign treatment done here and fab service too! I actually enjoy having a regular dental checkup now 😂 This place is ideal for nervous patients, waiting room a bit small on space flow and minimal parking facilities close by on public streets, the practice is on a main road and small building considering which can't be helped. Easily one of the top places in Nuneaton.

So far so good staff have been polite and helpful with a relaxed atmosphere the only problem I had was that they referred me to Holywell House Dental Surgery for a tooth extraction that left me in distress without examination for several days when complications occurred. Upon hearing of my problem with Holywell House offered to review the situation immediately and without charge. Above and beyond service, very impressive.

First time attending this Clinic, being a very nervous patient I didn’t know what to expect. From the minute I walked in the reception staff were amazing. My dentist was amazing and explained everything clearly. We made a plan together and all my treatment was done pain free. Will not be going anywhere else ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice to see Great Customer Service still exists! Due to the hectic life I lead, turned up for an appointment a day early, completely my fault. Feeling somewhat embarrassed, I expected a rescheduling and to be about my day. However one of the dentists there 'Dr Ali' who was also at reception at the time, very kindly offered to fit me in which entailed fillings and a clean and polish, not a small job. So rather than have to return another time, which was probably what I deserved. The team very kindly bent over backwards to fit me in and do the necessary work. A BIG Thankyou!
