I honestly cannot praise the staff at this dental practice enough! I attended my first appointment absolutely petrified (in tears) and a complete dental phobic, my family couldn't even say the word 'dentist' in front of me... I was seen by dentist, Gaynor Alcock and she is absolutely golden, she's amazing! I was treated with compassion, empathy, patience and care. My removal was with Zaki who is equally as wonderful! I am sure this helped by their wonderful teams of dental nurses and receptionists. I had teeth removed on a Friday and the aftercare was amazing, I even received a phonecall the next day (Saturday despite the surgery being closed) to ensure I was okay. I have never encountered such wonderful dentist staff! I honestly cannot thank each and every one of the staff enough! I can highly recommend this practice to anyone who is a phobic/nervous patient. I just wish I had known about them years ago. I honestly feel that I have been relieved of my phobia, something I thought would never happen (I am still nervous but a more natural level of nerves). 5 stars is honestly not enough! Thank you all so so much! X

Referred for a tooth extraction that my own dentist felt would be too difficult for him to undertake. I found them to be extremely professional. The dental surgeon spent time to ensure that procedures was virtually painless including the stitches.The feeling returned quickly. Everything was explained clearly and the healing process was exactly in the timeframe they said. I would highly recommend this dental practice.

Finally found a great dentist! What a refreshing experience at this dental surgery. The reception is bright and welcoming, the staff are friendly and genuinely warm, and there’s even a good-sized car park. It’s such a massive difference from my previous dentist — so refreshing to see a team who clearly enjoy their work while being incredibly thorough and professional. I only wish I’d moved sooner!

Amazing service, had my wisdom tooth extraction here, everyone was very friendly and professional, lovely clinic and waiting area. Even called to get me in sooner due to a cancellation. The extraction was quick and painless, I was in and out within 20 minutes. Can’t thank them enough. Highly recommended,

I was referred here by my own dentist for the extraction of two teeth and have to say the procedure and service I received was excellent. I was shown great care and the whole experience left me feeling extremely positive. If only all the dentists I have experienced were of this high quality.

I was sent to Holywell for a root extraction which I was dreading. The team were welcoming and friendly and I was made to feel comfortable from the start. They removed the roots with care and made sure that I was ok and that I had all information I needed for after care. A few days later I received a follow up phone call to see if I had any problems which I appreciated greatly.

Could no be more thankful or appreciative of the team especially Sarah who helped keep me relaxed and distracted during my tooth extraction. Would definitely recommend this place to people who have fear anxiety or are worried about being criticised if you haven't been for ages or neglected you teeth. God bless you.
