I can’t recommend Dr Omar and Lauren at Southchurch Family Dental Center enough! I was honestly really scared before my appointment, but they were absolutely amazing from start to finish. They were so friendly and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The clinic itself is spotless and very clean, which made me feel even more reassured. They were also really informative, answering all my questions and making sure I understood what was happening. Such a positive experience — I’m so grateful for their kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend! 🌟

Omar is the most wonderful, kind, understanding, patient and professional dentist. I moved to this practice in Oct 25 and have had two appointments and extractions up to now. On both occasions Omar and his super assistants made me feel like my worries and requests mattered, almost like family, not just another patient, as in some places. My anxieties and requests were heard and respected. Resulting in a very happy patient and results. The reception team are also fantastic. I couldn't be happier with my new dentist and his colleagues. Seeing Omar after not going to the dentists for years, he made me feel at ease instantly and not ashamed. I’ve had to have 3 fillings and each one was easier than the last all because of Omar and his assistant (I can’t remember her name I’m truly sorry), I truly appreciate both of them for their kindness and understanding. If attending the dentist makes you nervous I would highly recommend seeing Omar!

Firstly let me tell you I HATE going to the dentist. Treatment this time was two fillings, one either side and by choice I had airflow descaling teeth clean. My teeth feel totally amazing. I can’t tell you how much brighter my smile is. No more dark stains in between and my teeth themselves look so fresh. I decided not to have an anaesthetic. My teeth are extremely sensitive and this was offered to me halfway through but I still declined. I was totally put at ease by my dentist Mr Omar and his dental nurse was just lovely too as she kept raising her thumb to let me know I was doing well. Mr Omar kept asking if I was ok, informed me what he was doing next etc. My teeth now look and feel amazing. For a 64 year old female I feel that my smile takes years away from me. My smile is so much more confident now. Thank you Mr Omar and your dental nurse for understanding my fears but mostly for the GREAT work you did for me today. The receptionist is so nice, sorted appointments to suit me and my working hours, very approachable and friendly. Can’t ask for more. God bless. Many many thanks.

As a nervous person with terrible anxiety I was recommended to see omar. Omar and his dental nurse blanca are amazing . Very patient and always understanding. I highly recommend omar he is lovley .

Today I had so many of my fears of the dentist put to rest. I must say firstly the the reception staff here are all lovely, welcoming and cheerful. However I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Omar, what a man! This guy is very professional knows his stuff and made me feel completely relaxed in his care. A clear 10/10 for your understanding and meeting the needs of the patients.

My wife was very nervous about going to the dentist as needed a tooth out. Problems had occured in the past at a different dentist that had made her scared to go. Dr Omar calmed her down and explained what would be happening and gave her the confidance to go ahead with the procedure. After the tooth had been removed Dr Omar explained what she needed to do to care for her mouth which included not smoking. Althought she had to go on antibiotics for 5days she didn't smoke and has now stopped smoking. So thank you to Dr Omar and Vash his nurse she is a happy wife again and still not smoking Thank you.
