Chantelle is an excellent dental hygenist. Very professional and thorough. She recommended I see a periodontist about my gums which I did and having seen him, this was absolutely the right thing to do. My regular dentist and other dental hygenists I have seen in the past did not help to educate me in the way Chantelle has. I am so grateful for her help. I really recommend her.

I came to this dental surgery as a new patient for private treatment, where I'd normally had NHS treatment. Much like Amy's recent review, I was very surprised to learn that I'd need two fillings for the first time, when I'd kept up good dental hygiene. I had one expensive filling and was told I'd have to make another appointment for the second. I had a gut feeling something was wrong and checked the Google Reviews for the surgery, only to find Amy's 1-star review about being booked in for an unnecessary filling - so I postponed my second filling, and found an NHS dentist who gave me a second opinion. It seems I didn't need a filling after all - again, the same conclusion Amy's second dentist had come to. From my perspective, it seems as though private patients are being booked in for fillings they do not require, presumably so that they have to pay for a costly procedure. I will never now know if my initial filling was actually necessary, but am thankful that this surgery never got away with giving me a second. Aside from this, on each of my visits to the surgery, I found the reception staff cold, the surgery boiling, and waited up to an hour after my booked appointments before I was seen. During my filling, the surgeon discussed religious and other personal matters with a colleague which did not feel appropriate. Avoid!

After years of poor teeth misalignment I was passed on the contact details to Dr. Alina who assured me she could straighten my teeth and a few weeks later she was right. I was told by other dentists that one of the teeth at the front would never be aligned but Alina managed to somehow correct it. The team at reception are always very helpful. Highly recommend it and my daughter is now having some work done there.

I was asked to take my review down by the dentist because it made the surgery look bad and because of my nice nature I did get builled into it but I am now going to speak my mind this is an awful dentist, my appointments where always being cancelled, waiting times sometimes up to half hour to an hour, my teeth have fallen out at the front with the composte bonding done by alina. I don't have the new back teeth that was made for me £600 I paid and it got ruin and wasn't made another one, a wire was placed at the back of my teeth which came out and I swallowed it payed 1,000.600 I want my money back which I'm entitled to shocking place I had to stop going as its really affected my mental health I don't have a perfect smile I'm walking round with a tooth missing the xrays should of been looked into probably before treatment taking this matter further now
